I bought a new phone and when I tried to set it up it wouldn't take my password. After three attempts it locked my new phone up and said to wait ** hrs and try again. I have done this at least * or * times and still remain locked out. Also I get the message that due to unknown error my phone can't complete the setup. I have tried*resetting password, establishing new password, using another account all with the same results. I need this fixed right away, I am setting up a new e-mail and a new Google account. I will use these to set up this phone. Please advise me what to do to correct this problem asap. I don't think this new email will work because the phone itself seems to be locked
