I contacted what I believed to be Gmail help by phone. After reviewing my problem, I was told I needed to buy a $*** GooglePlay card in order to resolve the problem. I was also told I would be reimbursed for the purchase. During the process, I had to buy another $** card. After the fix was supposedly done, i was transferred to the refund dept., but then was told I had to spend a minimum of $*** to get any refund. I refused, and the agent hung up. I believe this is fraud. My resolution would be to get my money back.
