I downloaded an app from the play store that had a *-day trial period before you had to purchase. I tried it and didn't want to buy it, so I canceled it by following the instructions in the app. It said to cancel the order using my google play account before the *-day trial period ended. I canceled the purchase a full day before the end of the trial period. According to my google play store purchase history, I did not purchase the app. The purchase history says $*.** for the listed app. However, I have a charge on my bank card for $**.** from google for that app. *Since I followed the cancellation process as set out by google and the app, I would like a refund of the amount charged to my card.
