I lost my phone and set up my email on my new one. However, I'm unable to log in on my phone and even after changing my password, I can't access my account. Google's verification process is not recognizing me, and I can't recall the month and year I created my account, aside from my password. As I urgently need to submit two assignments for my finals, I'm in a frustrating situation. I hope Google can help me regain access to my Gmail account on my phone by verifying my identity based on my recent activities and contacts in my account.

I noticed an entry on my Google Activity labeled "used Verizon voicemail," but I have AT&T phones with AT&T voicemail. Strangely, using my AT&T voicemail doesn't generate a similar entry on Google Activity like it does on my AT&T call logs. Verizon and AT&T are unable to explain how Google categorizes app activities. It's puzzling because Verizon doesn't even have a voicemail app. Websites are indicated as "visited" while apps are marked as "used" on Google Activity. Many users across forums are facing the same issue, with no clear answers from Google, AT&T, or Verizon. Clicking on the Verizon voicemail entry leads to a non-existent page on the Play Store. It's baffling which apps could be triggering this mysterious Verizon voicemail activity.

I recently discovered multiple unauthorized transactions on my bank account made through Google Play by my 12-year-old son. He unintentionally made several purchases while playing a game, resulting in significant charges totaling up to €[redacted] over the last few months, with around €[redacted] withdrawn in quick successive transactions on 1st October. Despite my attempts to reach out to Google via various phone numbers, I have not received a response. I am reaching out for guidance on how to address this issue. As this money was meant for my mortgage payments, I am in a difficult situation and hope that Google has procedures in place to assist with unauthorized financial transactions. I trust that they will be able to resolve this matter promptly. Your assistance in directing me to the appropriate department or individual would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Tara Dooley.

I have a secondary Gmail account that I use for gaming purposes. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password for it, but I have it written down. When I tried to log in using my email address ([redacted]) and the password, it did not work. I attempted to send a verification code to my primary email ([redacted]) which is listed for account recovery. However, when I entered my primary email, it said it did not match the recovery email format. Despite the recovery email matching the characters of my primary email, I am unable to proceed with the verification process. After multiple attempts, I have not received any contact from Google regarding this issue. I urgently need access to this email as it is linked to my games and a domain name. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I am having trouble accessing my account due to not being able to use old passwords and not remembering when my email was created. Although I have my Android phone that I was signed in on, changing the password has logged me out of all other apps, leaving me locked out. Despite providing information, I am being told it's insufficient. My last known password, Scorpio1821, is not working, and my school info and accounts are crucially linked to this email address. This is the second time I have encountered this issue. The previous account associated with [redacted] contains important photos. I am eager to regain access. It would be helpful if verification methods could be improved. Additionally, both email accounts should be linked to my phone number, [redacted]. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I check the news every day for interesting stories. Today, I was surprised to see a fabricated hit piece alleging that the constitution caught fire after Judge Kavanaugh's swearing-in ceremony. It seems like your name should be switched to "Liberal left Google". You can't deny being anti-Republican/conservative. I am typically against government interference, but your recent actions are making me reconsider my stance. Unless you adjust your left-leaning bias and strive to provide accurate information, I may end up backing government intervention.

I have a hobby website called www.newharmonywatch.com, which is about the town of New Harmony, Indiana where I live. Despite the website's name and content about New Harmony, Indiana, it does not show up in Google searches for the town. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years on various services to help improve its visibility without success, leaving me financially strained. Can someone from Google provide me with guidance on why this is happening?

On October 30th, [redacted], I was last able to access my email account [redacted] In March [redacted], I tried to log in but couldn't remember my password. Despite multiple attempts to recover it using my backup email, I'm unable to provide enough information to verify my identity. You can reach me using the backup email associated with the account I'm trying to recover. Thank you.

I have been dealing with a cyber attack for over two months now. Despite changing my password multiple times, I have been unable to rid myself of this hacker. They have successfully locked me out of my account by linking a phone that I don't recognize. The provided auto instructions have been unhelpful, leaving me feeling lost. I receive security codes, but I am unsure how to use them effectively. I wonder if I should be using a computer instead of a mobile device. The verification process seems flawed as I struggle to prove my identity, while the hackers have no issues. I am hoping for a call from customer service to help me regain access to my compromised Yahoo account.

I have been unable to access my main Google account for a week now. I have tried all the solutions available online without success. I have followed all the suggestions provided but none of them have resolved the issue. I am worried about missing important emails from clients and have lost faith in Gmail as my primary email service. I have dedicated around 40-50 hours over multiple days to this problem with no results. My locked-out email is [redacted], a crucial account I have used for years. I am considering switching to Outlook to prevent this from happening again. You can reach me at [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted] This issue needs attention beyond the online solutions. Kindly assist me.

As a new customer of Verizon Fios, I recently received an email offering a $[redacted] credit for Google and Nest products. Intrigued, I followed the steps outlined in the email to redeem the voucher. I carefully selected a Google Home and a Google Home Mini, totaling just over $[redacted]. To proceed with the checkout process, I reluctantly entered my credit card details as requested in case the total exceeded $[redacted]. Upon checking out as instructed in the email, I expected to see the $[redacted] credit applied. However, the invoice only displayed the total credit card payment with no sign of the promised credit. My card was charged for the items, and I am eager to have my money refunded. Despite contacting Verizon and engaging in a frustrating 45-minute discussion, they redirected me to Google and Nest, stating it was out of their hands.

On September 25th, my account was logged out. When I tried to sign back in, it prompted that my password had been changed. I attempted to recover the account using both my email and phone number. Upon entering my phone number, it directed me to verify the account's recovery email, which turned out to be unfamiliar. After conducting some research, I discovered a woman with my Metro PCS number had altered my information by logging in. Despite my daily efforts to reach out to Google and address the issue, they keep responding that they cannot verify my identity due to the changes made. I have many paid apps, around 30-40, and a considerable number of contacts within the account. I can provide emails in the account and any other necessary proof. Although I have created a new account, I am still unable to access my contacts and other data.

I have noticed that I seem to have two Google accounts under the same name. Recently, I purchased a Mac, and when I sign in to Google on the Mac, a different picture icon of me appears compared to when I sign in on my PC. The Mac only displays one Gmail account under the icon drop-down menu, while the PC shows my other Gmail account. I have also observed that some of the personal info in my Google account is different on each computer, even though I made those changes myself. My original Google email is shown, but I am unable to access my second Gmail account through it. On the PC, I can switch between both Gmail addresses by clicking on the icon, but this feature does not work on the Mac. When I click on the Youtube icon from my Google account main page on both computers, it takes me to my Youtube homepage. The difference here is that on the PC, both Gmail addresses appear when clicking on my picture icon, while the Mac only displays one. I find all of this quite confusing, and I am worried about losing any videos I have on my Youtube account while trying to resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received an email from an address that had previously accessed my account without authorization. After resetting my password a few months ago, the same address is now attempting to sell Viagra using my Gmail. I have been repeatedly targeted by a group of individuals, possibly from Asia, who send spam messages and make unsolicited calls selling Medicare eligible products, which is illegal. Despite being on the Do Not Call registry, I continue to receive calls with inaccurate information and threats of legal action if I do not respond. These scammers have even attempted to hack my Gmail account. I have reported the incidents to various authorities and blocked multiple phone numbers used by the scammers. I am seeking assistance in sending screenshots of the offensive emails I have received. Your guidance in handling this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hello, my name is Mark, and I am contacting you regarding an account I opened on September 10th, [redacted], with a company called Data Management, who claims to work on behalf of Google for advertising. I paid a one-time fee of $[redacted].00 in Canadian dollars and was supposed to receive a code by mail within 7 working days. Despite not receiving the code, I was reassured to wait longer when I called on October 1st. On October 5th, I spoke to Angie and requested a refund for not receiving the code. Angie managed to provide the code via email, saying it would take 72 hours to be active. However, when I tried the search engine, Strachan's Irrigation was not listed among the contractors. Feeling like I was scammed, I contacted multiple individuals at the company, including Paul and Brenda, who were not helpful. The company is now requesting monthly credit card payments for a business listing, contrary to what was initially communicated. I feel misled and would appreciate a clear explanation of this situation. Sincerely, M. Strachan

I have been attempting to update the address for my business on Google due to our recent relocation. Despite confirming the new address through the verification process and receiving an email stating it was verified, the old address still appears online. I accidentally requested another verification code when trying to investigate the issue further. The business that now occupies our previous location informed us that our old address is still displayed on Google. It is frustrating that Google lacks direct customer support for such matters. Our previous address was [redacted] Frederick Rd Unit B, Clarksburg, MD [redacted], and our new address is [redacted] Harvard Place Unit A, Frederick, MD [redacted]. Our business is D Impression Signs Co. LLC, and our email is [redacted] Please rectify the address discrepancy promptly as we are experiencing customer losses. Thank you.

I am currently facing an ongoing issue that persists, and I would like to address it. I have a concern regarding the necessity of having a backup email for password reset on Google. Even after my cell phone was stolen, attempting to use Google Find My Phone revealed that the thief had changed my password, preventing access to important contacts on an app named Keep Contacts from the Play Store. When I used the backup email to reset the password, I encountered an issue where Google sent a reset link, but then failed to verify the email as mine, resulting in being locked out. This particular Google account is not associated with my real name, and the entire episode led to the theft of my phone, account, contacts, and personal information. The system's vulnerability allowed for unauthorized access, making it challenging to regain control of the account. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and the lack of timely resolution from Google.

I recently received a notification on my phone about a password change on my Google account, which I did not initiate. When I tried to go through the account recovery process, I followed the steps provided, including receiving and entering verification codes sent to both my text messages and emails. Despite correctly providing all the requested information and verification codes, I was informed via email that there was not enough proof to verify my ownership of the account. I am perplexed as I meticulously followed the verification steps and inputted the codes accurately. I am unsure what additional information Google requires from me in order to successfully recover my account.

I downloaded an app from the Play Store that offered a 3-day trial before requiring a purchase. After trying it, I decided not to buy it and followed the app's instructions to cancel before the trial ended. I successfully canceled a day before the trial expired, as per Google's guidelines. Even though my Google Play purchase history shows $0.00 for the app, my bank card was charged $12.99 by Google for it. I want a refund for this charge since I properly canceled within the trial period. The app in question is Daily Horoscope & Palmistry. Thank you, M. Gary.
