I got a message on my phone telling me my google account's password had been changed, I did not change it. So I went to go through the recovery process, it sent a text and two separate emails to two different email accounts. I verified ALL the information via those avenues, correctly entered the verification codes for each. Yet I received an e-mail stating "I didn't have enough proof" that the account was mine. Are you kidding me? I literally copy and pasted verification codes, and typed in the code that I received letter for letter on my phone. How is that not enough proof? Literally nothing else I could even do to verify it if I wanted too, that's all the information is asks for and I provide it. What else does Google want from me to be able to recover my account?
GetHuman-cloudedg did not yet indicate what Google should do to make this right.
