The issue in GetHuman-fsaletta's own words
I am a new customer of Verizon fios and received from them an email for a $*** credit for Google and nest products. I opened the email and followed the instructions for redeeming the voucher. I ordered a Google home and a Google home mini for a total of just over $***. In order to continue the check out process they asked for my credit card info in case I went over the *** voucher. Against my better judgement I entered the info in and proceeded to check out where the email said go next. The email said to check out now and you will see your $*** credit. After hitting the check out button, the invoice showed the total credit card payment and a * balance but NO sign of the credit. My credit card has been charged for these items and I want my money returned. I contacted Verizon and after a heated argument of ** minutes with them, they told me we're sorry but that is not our problem, we contract this promo out to Google and nest and you will have to take it up with them.

GetHuman-fsaletta did not yet indicate what Google should do to make this right.
