I was trying to get a product game that I PAID for. ... In Millionaire and Billlionaire Huuuge Casino I bought VIP cash and they have not given them to me. I have been fighting them since Sept *. They said the receipt doesn't show what I bought. I have the receipt emails but that isn't good enough. I went into account and copied the amounts that I paid - small amounts on *** and *** (.**, *.**, *.** etc and still they don't believe me. i have sent screen shots of everything that I can access. Please help me get my money back and then I will quit playing this game because they don't know what they are doing. Get different answers all the time, so they don't want to give me the $** back. My account numbers in the game are:******** and ********. Please help I am so frustrated and in tears trying to get what I bought. I can send you what I copied from your account page and just because it doesn't say WHAT I bought they won't honor it. Do you put VIP on those purchases? I have never had that or seen that. I have been playing Huuuge for over a year and spent a lot of money buying more chips and gold. And Diamonds which they have taken away from us that used to help us but they still give that as a win prize although you can't do anything with them.
I have been in almost daily contact with them and each time it seems to be a different person and they don't know what the previous person has told me. Please help
