Hello, I have worked as a licensed clinical social worker for more than 20 years. Throughout my career, I have never received a negative review. The review in question was written by a dissatisfied client who disagreed with my punctuality policy. This review on Google is damaging my reputation and affecting my ability to attract and retain clients. It is important to remove this inaccurate information promptly as it is solely based on animosity instead of facts. It is unfair that all my positive contributions are overshadowed by one individual who may need additional support. I always strive to ensure client satisfaction and accommodate their scheduling needs to the best of my ability.

I cannot access my email account ([redacted]) as I have forgotten the password. This account is important to me as it contains irreplaceable data such as photos and contacts that I need. Despite attempting Google's recovery options multiple times without success, I have not been able to regain access. In the past, I successfully recovered the account using another email as a contact method, but recent efforts have failed due to verification issues. I am frustrated as I am running out of options. Unfortunately, I lost my old devices in a fire, making it difficult to prove my identity. I can access a recognized Wi-Fi network and answer any security questions to verify my ownership of the account. Rest assured, I am the rightful owner and urgently need to recover this account.

I can't remember my Google password and I've tried all the steps to recover my account without success. I need to fix this to finish setting up my new phone. The email for account recovery is the same as the one I'm trying to access, and the store where I got my new phone also gave me my old one. An employee logged me out of all accounts when I received the new device, and now I can't log in or reset my password. Please assist me in recovering my account promptly.

I suspect my account and Gmail have been compromised. I am unable to go through the recovery process due to a changed phone number that I can't update. The account no longer accepts my password, and I can't recall when I created it. Recently, my phone and other apps seem to have been hacked as well. Gmail stopped receiving emails suddenly yesterday, Wednesday, 9/19/18, diverting them to my Apple email which I no longer use on my phone. I have to access it through the Apple Store by hitting download. While emails display, the app itself doesn't. My email used to be [redacted], but I can't retrieve it, unaware of who has access. The only secure way to contact me is through phone or text at [redacted]. I need assistance with this issue urgently.

I am having trouble with my RCA Pro 10 Viking - PCT 6 K -3 W13 tablet and need help verifying my email, phone number, or password. My name is Paula Tenbrook, my email is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. The tablet is currently not usable without Google Chrome access. After a recent reset by RCA, a pop-up screen appears asking for account verification with a Google account that was previously synced. No matter what email or password I input, it shows an invalid information message. I have contacted the "JustAnswer" department without success, and I am stuck at this verification step.

I am receiving multiple calls from individuals claiming to be Google representatives. They mention security issues with my account and offer to help me resolve them. Without requesting my password, they guided me to a website called "Connectwise" that took remote control of my computer. I promptly disconnected my computer and had Microsoft remove the software. Despite my efforts, the calls persist; blocking one number leads to another call. Is there a solution to this ongoing problem? It has been challenging to find Google support through customer accounts, hence my delayed contact with you. Your guidance is appreciated.

Hello, I'm Elena from TweakBit. We're addressing an issue regarding an incorrect Chrome redirect in our program. Instead of redirecting to the basket, the link provided leads to our landing page due to a plug-in from shopathome.com. This plug-in interferes with the redirects in other programs. While we considered requesting a block on its functions until resolved, we understand this may not be an isolated incident. I need to cancel my Google G Suite subscription under the name "high5fundraising.com." I have been unknowingly billed $15.94 monthly for years for an inactive business. The associated email addresses are no longer in use, and any incoming emails are considered spam. I have no access to the account details and believed this had been resolved years ago. I have been locked out of my Google account [redacted] for months now. I forgot my password, but I remember the old one. I followed the recovery steps, but I have a new phone number, and I can't remember the old one linked to the account. My phone was reset to factory settings because of multiple failed attempts, and now I can't proceed with the setup as it requires the original Google account. Despite requesting to lift the security hold, I keep getting the message that my account will be reviewed in 3-5 business days without any further communication from Google. Hello, I recently discovered that I am not allowed to have multiple AdSense accounts, and I received an email notifying me that a new AdSense account was opened on Sep 15, [redacted], a week ago. This old account was created a long time ago and has no revenue, as it was forgotten along with the associated channel. I attempted to follow the instructions to cancel the new AdSense account, but it was disabled. I am reaching out for assistance as I am concerned about potential issues with AdSense and YouTube policies. I would appreciate it if you could cancel the new account on my behalf to prevent any future problems. I am comfortable using my original AdSense account. I am concerned as I noticed unauthorized transactions on my credit card linked to my PayPal account, being charged by Google for downloads that I did not authorize. Reviewing my Google activities does not show these transactions, with the last legitimate purchase being the "My Movies" app. I received an email notification from PayPal regarding a $1.39 CAD payment to Google, which I did not make. The email specifies the merchant as Google with a description of "Google Play - Zenjoy." The charge is expected to appear as "PAYPAL *GOOGLE" on my statement. I have a Google account under [redacted] that I use for important tasks, including signing in to Wattpad. My phone, a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, used to save the password, but after a recent formatting, I lost access to my Gmail account on the phone. I tried the "Forgot password" option, but Google couldn't verify my ownership. I need assistance urgently as my main Google account has been hacked and I am locked out. My ex-boyfriend, who is tech-savvy, compromised my account. My school email is logged in on my phone, and today I received a notification stating there is an issue with my account. I have spent a full 2 hours attempting to recover my wrongly disabled account, only to be repeatedly shown the same error message indicating my account is disabled with a "learn more" link. I have already contacted Google twice regarding this urgent matter. It is critical that I regain access to my account by Monday, September 24th, at 7:15 AM to complete my school tasks. Google's failure to resolve this is impacting my education, as I require access to Google Chrome, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Classroom. I do not have the administrator's G Suite code to identify any mistakes on my end. The earliest opportunity for me to address this with the school's tech support is on September 24th, but I need my computer before then. I am determined to take any necessary steps to recover my account. I urge Google to enable my account and provide an explanation for its disabling.

I have been encountering difficulty accessing Google Documents recently, and I've also realized that my password was changed without my knowledge. Sadly, the writing I saved under the previous password "bleahbleahbleahhh" has not been carried over to my new password associated with [redacted] Particularly distressing is the missing document titled "A Christmas Eve Salute" that I had composed using the old password. Despite my attempts, I have been unsuccessful in retrieving this important document since Saturday, September 22, [redacted]. It is frustrating that the access to Google Docs has become more complicated, and the absence of a desktop shortcut for it adds to the inconvenience. The customer support I have received has been unsatisfactory; my phone calls have been disconnected without any assistance provided.
