Log in to Yahoo, and in the upper right corner select your name/ID. Choose the option for Account Info, then select either Personal Info or Preferences, depending on the info you wish to update.

I have just moved to a new country and need to change that in my Google Play account. However, following the steps in the support pages do not work.**I follow the google support steps to change my country, but I do not have the option to do so in my device - the steps simply do not work for me.**I have not changed my country in the last year, I am in my new country, and I am not part of Google Play Family Library.
GetHuman-mattsugg did not yet indicate what Google should do to make this right.
