I am clearly frustrated. now it is day *. I went to Metro and purchased two smartphones I now have three phones on my plan. my first phone is a ZTE with a number *** ***-****. *It's attached to rozweinstein@ yahoo.com and two * accounts on Gmail . Jwgittens**@ gmail.com and *****@***.com. now this is where the problem is. I think. My new phone..a Samsung j* - *** ***-**** should have been paired with my *****@***.com account and was not for some reason and Google has locked me out of my accounts saying they are not mine . .I want to assure you they are mine and I would like service restored. I have left numerous messages and I have tried to correct it myself unsuccessfully. I cannot speak with a human and I don't know how to correct this problem. I'm ** years old and not computer savvy. I suspect Metro left the ** out of my gmail address and that's what's causing this turmoil. I hope you can fix this before it puts me in the hospital with my second stroke. Remove *****@***.com. that is bogus
