Google keeps locking me out of my account every time I change my password. This problem has persisted on my device. I am trying to update my new password on my account as my contacts have not been synced since [redacted]. The message displayed on my devices states, "There was a problem communicating with Google servers, try again later," and pressing "next" does not work. I am frustrated with the delay in updating my password. I have contacted support multiple times regarding this issue. I have just managed to change my password; please address this promptly as it is affecting all my Google accounts. Waiting 3 to 5 days for an account to reopen is unreasonable. If I have provided all the necessary information, my account should be accessible immediately.

I need help accessing my Gmail account because the phone I used is broken and I don't remember the password since it was changed in anger. I believe the account was created in [redacted] but I'm not sure about the exact month. My backup email's username is known but its password is forgotten, and it was linked to the same phone. Due to this, using a known device or IP address for recovery isn't an option. I can provide personal identification and pictures for facial recognition to prove my ownership. I urgently need to recover the password as my account is linked to memories of my child's early years, and I fear losing access to my Google Drive. I have tried accessing the account multiple times, and I'm concerned it might be deleted due to inactivity. I would appreciate any assistance or alternative methods to retrieve my photos from Google Photos and Drive. Any guidance on how to verify my ownership of the account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I am seeking assistance due to forgetting my most recent password for my email account. Although I can recall older passwords such as "233tgtroadpt," I am unable to recover my account as the recovery email and phone number provided are not granting me access despite receiving the codes. The recovery information listed belongs to my husband, including his phone number ([redacted]). Essential documents like my GED transcripts, important emails, contacts, and photos are stored in this email account, necessitating password retrieval. It is perplexing that the recovery account is not functioning as expected, rendering its purpose meaningless. Currently, I am reaching out for support using my nephew's phone, and his email is [redacted] Alternatively, you may contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I need help purchasing a $2.99 app on Play Store. I have a valid card saved but when I enter my login details, I receive an error message asking for additional information like a copy of my driver's license and a utility bill. This seems excessive for a small purchase. How can I access my settings to resolve this issue?

I am writing to report an issue with my email account, [redacted] I kindly request assistance with verifying my profile. I find it unacceptable to be exploited for Google sign-in and believe the delay in suspending 2-step verification is inhumane. I appreciate understanding that Google Pixel's SIM card, specific to Project Fi, doesn't transfer data if a network carrier change is made by paid customers. Unfortunately, I'm experiencing difficulty continuing 2-step verification using phone numbers and would like to port my phone number without needing a backup. I urge immediate action to release my phone number for porting to another carrier. Failure to address this matter promptly may be considered fraudulent behavior by Google.

On March 19, [redacted], I provided my credit card information to Straight Marketing to be listed on Google Maps and to prevent continuous phone calls from their marketing provider. However, despite assurances that the calls would cease once my Google account was verified and my business added to Google Maps, I am still receiving 3 to 10 calls daily about the same services. Initially, they promised to just verify my account without any additional sales pitches, but the opposite occurred. The representative became rude and abruptly ended the call when I declined purchasing $[redacted] worth of extra services. The incessant calls are disrupting my business and causing me to miss important calls, which is affecting my operations negatively.

I accidentally broke my LED screen on my Samsung Galaxy S5 device and I had an Alcatel OneTouch cell phone that was refurbished, purchased from Straighttalk.com last year. I recently bought a $55 card over the weekend using my debit card, but unfortunately broke my phone the next day. Currently, I am facing difficulty accessing my Yahoo email account as I have forgotten my passwords. I've been using this email since the early days of the internet. I also pay for Pandora through Google Play. Due to my situation, I have created an alternate email account [redacted] along with [redacted] and [redacted] but cannot recall the passwords for these accounts. I am concerned about being charged twice for Pandora and need to contact Google Play to resolve this. Despite relying on Google's services, I am feeling frustrated and struggling to access my accounts. It seems that writing down important information may be necessary, as I am currently unable to access the internet.

I am having trouble recovering my account [redacted] I go by Nathan Glover and currently use blindeyenate@gmail com. The information provided is accurate, but Google is unable to verify the account ownership. Due to a damaged screen on my Lglx model phone, I was unable to update the account through it. Access to this account is crucial as my greendot direct deposit details are linked to it, and modifications can only be made from within the account. This issue is causing significant inconvenience for me.

When I was asleep on June 29, [redacted], my son made six in-app purchases without my knowledge. Upon discovering this on July [redacted], I reached out to Google for a refund. Disappointingly, Google only refunded the two cheapest purchases, leaving me frustrated with their policy. Despite emailing EFUN Company for assistance, I received no response, and my app account was subsequently blocked after Google issued me two refunds. The blocked account contains GOLD worth over $[redacted], leaving me feeling helpless and unfairly treated. EFUN seems to be evading responsibility by taking this action. My attempts to seek help from Google Korea also proved unhelpful as they redirected me back to EFUN. While I did receive a $50 refund, I find it insufficient considering I lost access to my account and GOLD valued at over $[redacted]. It is disheartening to suffer such a significant loss for just $50. I am pleading for assistance to have my request reviewed and possibly receive partial refunds for the remaining four purchases.

For the past couple of months, I've been struggling to get help with my Google account. As a 63-year-old disabled woman, this situation is causing me a lot of stress. Despite using Google for years without issues, I recently got a new phone and am now unable to log in correctly. The verification process seems to be failing, and I've ended up with multiple accounts and passwords. My preferred main email is [redacted], with [redacted] as a backup. I remember being able to change emails on the Google homepage, but I can't figure it out anymore. I just want to sort this out by changing my passwords. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rebecca.

I encountered an issue with syncing my LastPass and Google account passwords. Changing my Google password didn't update in my LastPass vault, preventing me from accessing my Google account. Despite attempts to recover the account, I hit a roadblock due to not being able to access the verification code sent to my Gmail. I provided an alternative contact email and learned I could use my sister's Gmail. Currently, I await a response within two to seven business days. Balancing care for my ill son and husband with dementia, along with nonprofit responsibilities, accessing my calendar and crucial emails remains impossible. Despite setting up two-factor identification, I've been unable to prove my identity successfully. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] once I regain access. Thank you.

I noticed a $12.00 charge on my company credit card from Google Services, and no one who has access to the card knows what it is for. I have tried to locate someone in accounting to help me figure out the charge, but I couldn't find any relevant information on Google's websites. Could anyone assist me with this issue? -Tom M. from United Airlines in Houston, Texas

I need to get a new Google Voice number. I've been receiving numerous texts from strangers mistaking me for a girl from a dating site POF. As a result, my number has been shared online and I'm constantly being spammed. I shouldn't have to pay to change my number when it's not my fault it's being spammed. Dealing with this is extremely frustrating, and I'm struggling to find a way to reach out to Google directly regarding this issue.

I have a Samsung phone. I recently returned from a cruise on Carnival Sunshine, and when I turned on my phone, I received a message prompting me to sign into a Google account. I am unsure if I have an account with you. I need assistance as I am unable to use my phone until I resolve this issue with Google. I couldn't get any help from customer support. I ended up buying a new phone, which cost $[redacted].00+, and lost all my data and photos in the process. Thank you for your lack of assistance, Google. It would be beneficial if you had better phone support rather than relying solely on a computer system.

My Gmail isn't working as it used to. I haven't received any emails on my Google/Gmail account since July 14, [redacted]. I have Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, and all my emails are going to Win 10. As a disabled veteran missing part of my brain, I don't know why this is happening. I want to receive my emails as before. When I archive emails in Win 10, I can't find them under "LABELS." I only see them in Google's Gmail under "all mail." I need simple directions on how to manage this confusion. I can receive emails in Win 10, but I require assistance to understand its function. Thank you, "HAT".

I had set a lock screen password on my cell phone, but I forgot it. After multiple failed attempts, my phone reset and erased all my data. I've been trying for nearly 24 hours to get back into my Alcatel phone but can't because I can't remember my Gmail passwords. I've tried everything to recover my account or password with no success. Since my phone isn't set up, I can't receive a verification code via text. If possible, could I send the code to another number or have my password reset to regain access to my phone? I rely on my phone for work, checking on an elderly person at home, and keeping in touch with my children. I need my phone back up and running as soon as possible. Thank you for your help in resolving this frustrating situation promptly.
