I am facing difficulty recovering my Gmail account due to multiple unsuccessful attempts. Although I can access the account on my smartphone, I can't do so on any other device as I forgot my password. Today, my previous employer granted me temporary access to my old email to receive a recovery email and code from Google, but the recovery attempts are unsuccessful despite waiting several hours between tries. I've also tried two-step verification codes without success. I am locked out of the email [redacted] that I believe was created in April [redacted]. I can confirm my current access to a Gmail account starting with mamap... on my phone, but I can't change the password as I don't recall the previous one. Despite having three phone numbers for Google verification and reclaiming my alternate email, I have had no luck gaining access. I appreciate any help in validating my account. Thank you, Ms P

When attempting to log in using my usual passwords, I received a message stating they were last altered 7 months ago. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the recovery phone number, which coincidentally is linked to a phone that was stolen. The same issue applies to my recovery email. I am willing to provide any necessary information to confirm my identity. The account in question, [redacted], is of utmost importance to me, especially because of irreplaceable photos of my late mother. I am desperate to regain access to my account. My recovery phone number is [redacted], and the recovery email is [redacted] The account is registered under the name Amber Standard with a date of birth of 07/14/[redacted]. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Subject: Issue with Sending Emails to My Gmail Account Hello there, I've been using my personal email ([redacted]) to send a few emails daily to my Gmail account regarding IT job postings. I've made sure to comply with Google's standards by including the abuse reporting email in the body, mentioning the message-ID in the header, and keeping the email subject and body relevant. Moreover, I haven't misrepresented myself or sent emails to anyone other than my Gmail account. I've even added my personal domain email as a contact in my Gmail account. Despite these efforts, Google has blocked my domain from sending emails to my Gmail account, citing an unusual rate of unsolicited mail from my IP address. I've never marked these emails as spam. I'd appreciate it if anyone could shed some light on why my domain has been blocked from sending emails to my Gmail account. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a $75 Google Play card, scratched it off, and attempted to load it onto my account, only to find out it was already redeemed. I went to customer service with my receipt and card, but they couldn't help. I called the number on the card, but they said the store should refund me. The store said Google Play has to refund me. I'm in a tough financial situation with a young son and my fiancé battling cancer, leaving me on disability with limited income. I have to borrow money to pay bills. Please, someone, help me. Thank you, Daryl M.

Someone from the number [redacted] is attempting to confirm my Google verification code through text messages. I am concerned about a possible hacking attempt on my Gmail account. Google has not provided me with any information about this incident or the next steps I should take to prevent it from happening again.

Our company has been consistently charged $55.05 for G Suite services linked to a domain name that we do not own. Initially, we believed the charge was associated with our Google Analytics account, but upon encountering login issues and discovering the unrelated website linked to the domain, we realized an error had occurred. Despite attempting to contact support via phone and email without success due to the lack of admin credentials, we urgently need to halt these charges and request a refund for the months of payments made for another business's G Suite subscription.

I am unable to access my Google, Google Plus, and Gmail accounts, which I have had for over 10 years. Despite being able to verify the phone number, account name, backup emails, and even the last password I remember, Google still won't allow me in. The dilemma is that the password was changed more than 4 months ago after my phone was stolen while I was in the hospital following an attack. This account is crucial to me as it holds all the videos and pictures of my deceased wife. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you, Brandy Michelle S. J. Samples. Despite changing my password and setting up two-step verification, I have been unable to access my account. I've forgotten my Google account password. I am currently signed in on my phone but unable to sign in on my laptop or any other device. I recently changed my phone number, making the recovery number and email outdated. I need assistance to regain access to my account. I have attempted the account recovery questions to verify my identity, but despite answering all questions, I cannot sign in or reset my password. Since I am logged in on my new phone, please provide guidance via email on resolving this issue. I prefer not to create a new Google account due to the data and settings on my current account that I do not want to lose or redo.

Google has dominated my online experience, and I've had enough. At times, I want to utilize Google's products, but only on my terms, not through Google's invasive methods. I'm frequently assisting my dad with computer issues due to his aging struggles. Google has merged the accounts without seeking my input or providing a clear option for selection. What's worse is that Google has set my dad's email as the default on my phone without my consent or any selection process. You can't avoid being signed in, and I don't want to repeatedly sign out just to escape Google's intrusive default features. For instance, when I search for something unrelated to my location or browsing history, I dislike Google's algorithm interfering or redirecting me to my location on maps. It's frustrating to have to sign out to pursue my own searches. Then, I have to sign back in to access my Gmail. Google, I want control over my online life restored. I am not your data slave. Feel free to share this on the Gethuman website as an example.

My Google Voice number isn't functioning. While trying to cut costs during my divorce, I let go of my domain Janedoeink.com and now I realize that it was connected to my Google Voice number that I've been using for 5 years. I opted for Google Voice for a more dependable phone number after my previous provider reassigned my number without notice post-Hurricane Katrina. I'm struggling to reset the linked email account as I no longer have access to my janedoeink email. I'm hoping to recover my number to stay in touch with my contacts. I noticed that back in [redacted], my Google Voice line was associated with my personal email address. Can I provide that email to confirm my identity?

I am concerned about my email account, [redacted], as I suspect it may have been compromised. I am hoping for assistance in either recovering the account or resetting the password. The challenge is that this email is also linked to my Star Stable game account, which I have invested $70 in. If I delete the email, I fear losing access to my game account and the money spent on it. The game requires me to use the same email account for password resets, but since it has been hacked, I cannot receive the necessary emails. I do not have an alternative email to use for the game as this account was specifically created for it. I am unable to change the password due to the compromised email access. I am seeking guidance on resolving this issue without losing the email account. Thank you for your attention and assistance in advance. :)

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my original Google account. Although I do not have the exact account creation date, I recall transitioning from my Hotmail to [redacted] around late October or early November [redacted]. Approximately three weeks ago, I changed my password while using multiple devices under the influence. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my account. I have diligently researched how to provide accurate answers to the security questions. I contacted Google support for assistance and sought recovery tips. My recovery number, [redacted], is associated with Google Voice, which I cannot access. My last recovery email, aem9008@gmail, has 2-step verification, rendering it inaccessible. To establish ownership of the account, I can provide previous passwords: addietude08, add22DE, notmynew1, knotmyknew1, ****ud100, cecjosaugnix. On my Maps account, the saved addresses for my home, parents, and sister are available. I have logged in from Texas and Ohio using my Samsung and my friend's Galaxy 7. Some recent searches include information on opiates. There are other linked accounts that might help restore access to the account.

I encountered suspicious issues with my SoundCloud account linked to my email address: [redacted] I reset everything on SoundCloud, but then I couldn't log in on my phone. I attempted to update my Gmail associated with my SoundCloud account to [redacted] Despite never logging out of any of my Gmail accounts on my Android device, when I tried to change the password, it prompted me for the existing password, which I couldn't remember. Now, I am unable to use any recovery steps as the verification codes sent to both my Hotmail and primary Gmail accounts are not being accepted. My real name is John Munro, and it is associated with my primary Gmail account [redacted], while Alexander Munro is the name on [redacted] I am uncertain why the verification isn't working for either account. This situation is incredibly frustrating, all because I was trying to update my security. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally lost access to my email account on May 28, [redacted], during Hurricane Alberto. My 3-year-old niece was playing with my phone when it happened. Since then, I've been desperately trying to recover my account. I've had it for over 7 years, and it contains crucial information such as my doctor's appointments, prescriptions, my daughter's school details, and my own school information. However, every time I try to regain access, I am denied. This is causing me great distress as I am a renal cancer patient and all my important information is in that account, including my disability details. Please assist me in reconnecting with my account. You can reach me at my school email, which is the same as my recovery email. Thank you, Tapiwa Matewa-Alston ([redacted])

I recently contacted a company claiming to be Google to transfer my emails for $[redacted] Google Play cards. They made me purchase 5 cards and then demanded more due to alleged system crashes. After requesting a refund, they initially refused but eventually promised to send a $[redacted] check within 32 hours. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and now I'm out $[redacted]. The phone number they used is [redacted]. I have names of the individuals I spoke to, but I doubt their legitimacy. I urgently seek a resolution and my money back. You can reach me at [redacted].

I am currently using the Channel Master CM-[redacted] Stream and Media Player but I am encountering issues with the guide system. Despite being directed to Google for assistance by Channel Master, the email provided was unhelpful. None of the departments I contacted seemed to have the correct information. 1) It would be greatly appreciated if there was a feature to manually adjust show timings for instances where programs run over, causing premature recording ends. 2) There is a problem with the sound when attempting to record the Canadian Channel (CKWS) listed on the guide as it plays 96-3 FM instead of the correct sound. How can this issue be resolved? 3) I had a problem where the second part of a two-part Dateline program did not record as expected. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the guide had better contrast for improved readability and optional pop-up show descriptions. I would find it helpful to know if a program is new or a rerun. Thank you for your attention to these matters. - Claudia S.

I used to run a business called Tom's Stained Glass and can be reached at [redacted] I relied on word of mouth for my business, which kept me quite busy. However, Google reached out to update my account, though I declined. Despite my business closing at the end of [redacted] due to health reasons, Google continues to call. Numerous times, we have told the callers to stop as the business is no longer operating, but they have been rude and unhelpful. Only two callers agreed to remove us from their list, but it has not been done. How can I end this ongoing harassment from Google?

Hi, I'm Cary, and I need help regarding an email scam involving [redacted] on Craigslist. I was contacted by this person regarding a wedding dress I posted, and it seems like a scam based on my research about Craigslist scams. The individual wanted to use a Money Order for payment through an unknown shipping service and avoided answering detailed questions. I've shared my contact information but not the dress. I've saved all the emails and noticed the IP addresses are scattered across the United States. Any assistance on this matter would be appreciated. Thank you, Cary.

I have been unhappy about this developer for over a month now and have discussed this with you all multiple times. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to address their issues or compensate anyone affected by their mistakes. I am completely frustrated with them, and if I could, I would make sure they fix their behavior. I have had enough. I am exhausted and fed up with excuses and threats. Please refund my money and let's part ways. I no longer wish to be involved with you or your game.
