I am experiencing an issue with Google Play as they have made unauthorized transactions totaling over $11,[redacted] on my debit card in a span of 7 weeks. It all started on April 25 when I made a purchase of $7.49 for a game while my young relatives were around. To my surprise, unauthorized charges ranging from $0.99 to $[redacted].99 appeared on my statement from April 25 to June 14, totaling [redacted] transactions. The bank and Google Play did not alert me until June 16, causing me to lock my bank account and initiate the dispute process. Despite my efforts, Google denied my dispute claiming a "pattern of purchases," and the bank sided with Google's assessment. Now, I am struggling to resolve this with Riverbank and Google Customer Service; unfortunately, reaching a real person at Google Play is proving difficult. Meanwhile, the bank indicated that Google Play identified a "pattern of verified purchases," despite receiving fraud alerts in April and June. This situation has severely impacted my finances and my family.

I signed up for a free trial with Speechify but was unfairly charged. After contacting my bank and getting a new card, Speechify finally reached out to say they issued a refund. However, when I tried to update my new card on Google Play, I encountered issues. Subsequently, Google Play claims the refund was denied, while Speechify insists they processed it. Unfortunately, I have yet to see the refund reflecting in my account. This has been an ongoing problem since October, and I am frustrated with the lack of resolution. I simply wish to speak with a customer service representative to resolve this matter.

I recently downloaded Bubble Pop! and spent £45.01 on power-ups and removing ads to enjoy the game fully. After switching to a new phone, I lost all progress from Level [redacted] back to Level 1 despite following all the recommended steps like logging into Facebook. I've contacted the manufacturer, BitMango, over 50 times, but all I receive are generic responses from their Help page that I had already tried. I requested either a refund or to have my progress restored, but my messages have mostly been ignored. They once mentioned refunding me, but that conversation vanished, and I had to restart the game. I am hoping to find a resolution to this issue.

Hello! In May or June [redacted], I experienced software issues on my smartphone, so I took it to a phone shop to reset it to its basic settings. Unfortunately, they also deleted my Google Account "[redacted]," causing a major issue for me as I have purchased two games on this account. I've been having difficulty redeeming the balance on a card I purchased for my daughter for RoBlox. I spent $[redacted] on the card, but when we tried to redeem it, we were asked for additional information. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have not received a response. I recently purchased a $[redacted] Google Play Gift Card from CVS to use for my daughter's RoBlox account. When trying to redeem it, I kept getting an error message asking for more information. I am requesting a refund for all the gift cards used by scammers on my accounts. I am missing the activation code for the £25 card but can provide proof of payment through my bank statement. Hello, I have recently discovered multiple unauthorized charges on my card for TikTok coins. I was not aware of these transactions as my child was using my TikTok account. I have purchased coins on Google Play for amounts under £5, but my child has been buying them for higher amounts without my knowledge. I have realized that these purchases did not require a pin, which I have now changed to require authentication. I had always used this feature on my account; however, I am unsure when it was removed. I request a refund for the transactions exceeding £5 as I did not authorize these payments and was not notified of them via email, text, or any other means. Thank you, Huma Ayaz.

I regularly play Infinite Galaxy and typically spend a maximum of £10 per month. Recently, my daughter accessed the game and made unauthorized purchases amounting to at least £70 on my girlfriend's account. When my girlfriend confronted me about it, I was shocked. My daughter claims she thought spending more money would make me happy, as I often complain about the game and how spending more money could help me progress like other players who spend thousands. I cannot afford these unexpected expenses, especially during the holiday season. Is it possible to refund the purchases my daughter made and help us out? I have a gift card from a friend that I'd like to enroll for my son. However, I can't directly add it to his account because he's under 13. I have been trying for weeks to resolve a refund issue from my credit card, but due to the company's size and unresponsive contact numbers, I have not been successful. An amount of approximately £50 has been deducted from my account over several months for a Google Play app in London, referenced as MT[redacted][redacted]2. On December 19th, after 6 pm, my brother sent $[redacted] to my Cash App account. Shortly after, my son unknowingly made unauthorized game purchases totaling $[redacted] on Google Play. I was not aware of or did not permit these transactions. I have since removed my card information and canceled all subscriptions from that day. I am missing $[redacted], but received $49.99 back recently. As Christmas is approaching, I am in a tough spot financially. I appreciate the refund I received, but I kindly request to get the rest of the $[redacted] back. Thank you for your understanding.

I am having trouble installing the Samsung Wearable app on my Samsung A42 5G phone. Despite going through the installation process, it keeps reverting back to the original screen without downloading. When I attempt to buy a paid app, it prompts me to enter my password. Even though I input the correct password, it keeps saying it is wrong. I have linked my PayPal to Google Play and reset my Google Play password, but the issue persists. Additionally, I attempted to use a new card instead of PayPal, but it consistently shows an error despite all details being accurate.

My husband's account was compromised a few months back, and after getting the fraudulent charges refunded and securing his account, we encountered a new issue. Despite making a legitimate purchase on December 21st, we were unexpectedly recharged for the previous unauthorized transactions. Our bank claimed Google cited the authorized purchase as consent for the additional charges. This mistake resulted in $[redacted] being wrongly deducted from our account, causing significant inconvenience, especially during the holiday season. I have encountered fraudulent activities with people using my name illegally. My middle name was changed from Patrick to Coultrez, and individuals have been opening bank accounts and acquiring money under my name deceitfully. These individuals have manipulated bank machines or posed as customers to withdraw money without authorization, exploiting both me and the true account holder. Despite being entitled to reclaim my funds, they are profiting from it instead of me. I am aware of their actions and also that they orchestrated an incident where I was shot in the head. If there are any funds tied to my name, it was not me who deposited them; it was these impostors. I urge you not to give them any money and to direct it to me as compensation for the harm caused.
