Hello, on 11/15/21, my phone was stolen, and I am having issues with my Google account, specifically with the game Empires & Puzzles. I had an old account under the username swiedermann, which I have since deleted. After reinstalling the game, I found myself logged into Gewitter1977. Currently, I am at level 86 in Empires and part of the clan * Strongest Soldiers *. My new Google account is [redacted], and my in-game name is Tornado1704. I have been a clan leader for approximately 3 years and have made significant investments in the game that I would like to continue. I appreciate any assistance in restoring my old progress. I recently bought a Google Play card, only to find out it was a scam due to a friend's hacked email account. I tried to return the cards to Michael's, but they declined. I've been struggling to reach a real person for help without resorting to paying a fee on answerme.com. I'm seeking a way to have my Visa credited for the four $50 Google Play cards I don't intend to use. Being retired and older, I have no use for them and never even scratched off the back for the numbers. I possess all the receipts. Hello, I am seeking a refund for all money spent purchasing packages in Garena Free Fire. Due to unauthorized access to my Google account, my bank account was compromised. I am disappointed with the Starry Cash app. They promise payouts to your PayPal or Amazon account after you provide your account details for deposit. I played the game, reached $[redacted], clicked on PayPal redeem, but it showed a 23-hour review time. I was asked to watch more videos to speed up the process. The timer kept resetting after watching the videos, and when I tried to email them, it bounced back. I feel cheated by companies like this who profit from misleading consumers and wasting their time.

I purchased a Play Store gift card from ENEBA game store. However, upon attempting to redeem it, I received a message prompting me to provide additional information to complete the redemption process. I submitted the required details through the form but have yet to receive any response. I understand the challenges posed by COVID-19 but would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. I am experiencing issues with Nana Niantic, Inc charging my bank account. I require assistance to cease these charges. The charges are related to the Pokemon Go app on my son's Play Store account. Although he has removed the app from his account, the charges persist on my debit card. I have my son's Google account details if needed for resolution. Unfortunately, this has led to an overdraft fee of $36 in my bank account this month.

To whom it may concern, I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my bank statement made by my 5-year-old son who accidentally purchased in-game items while playing on my Samsung tablet. The transactions were for $1.06, $10.68, $85.59, and $85.59 on a Harry Potter game. Although I understand the responsibility falls on me, I kindly request assistance in refunding these mistaken purchases. I have noticed recurring charges of $9.99 for Fitbit Premium Monthly since January [redacted]. Despite my attempts to cancel the subscription due to not receiving any added benefits, Fitbit and Google Play have not resolved the issue. I have already contacted my bank and received a credit for four months. The charges reference Google Play for subscription details, but no subscription is found. I recently bought an eBook from Google Play for my son as a Christmas gift. I opted not to use the "purchase as a gift" feature, but now I want to transfer it to his Google account so it appears in his library. Is it possible to transfer the eBook to his account? If not, could I please request a refund and repurchase it closer to Christmas as a gift instead?

On November 11th, my brother mistakenly made a charge on my account. We discovered the error and requested a refund on November 12th. Unfortunately, the refund was denied for violating the policy. I have noticed others in similar situations have been reimbursed and I am certain I did not breach any rules. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. I submitted this refund request about a month ago and recently received a response instructing me to provide additional information to proceed.

Hello, I am disappointed to learn that a refund for the 100GB is not possible. I believe it would be beneficial for customers to be informed in advance that sharing space on business accounts is not an option, especially since this information is available in the help section as a feature. Hello, I am in a difficult situation. A friend of my daughter asked me to top up Google Play cards for her. I ended up putting £[redacted] on three cards, only to realize it was a scam. Unfortunately, my friend's daughter refuses to refund me, claiming she was unaware of the situation. I have tried contacting my friend with no response, so I have now blocked her. I have a mobile app called Flo, and I accidentally subscribed to a paid service while chatting with them. An amount of [redacted].25 was deducted from my mobile phone balance, which was part of my fees. I requested a refund on November 28th, and on the 29th, I was informed that my refund request was approved. However, it's been 5 days, and I have yet to receive the refund in my mobile money account. I am seeking assistance to verify the balance on a Google Play card I purchased. Despite almost falling victim to a scam, I did not capture the required image but shared the card number. I simply wish to confirm the available funds on the card. I am puzzled as to why a fee is necessary for a $46 monthly service when I believe I am contacting the Google Play Store. I'm hesitant to provide my credit card details upfront just to check if my card is activated. Can't you confirm this without it? I was advised not to disclose personal details until we determine the issue directly. Requiring my credit card information online seems suspicious. It would be more reassuring if you could verify the account status without it. I was cautioned about sharing sensitive information online amid concerns about my account. This process makes me doubt the legitimacy of your services and creates distrust in your company.

I came across a job offer on a local Facebook Marketplace Group for online data entry invoice processing. The job was with Lionbridge and paid $25 an hour. After speaking with a group member from a neighboring city on Facebook messenger, I was directed to an app called Viber. Following an interview with "Mr. John Nelson" on Viber, I was hired. They asked for photos of my ID, front and back, and to purchase $[redacted] Google Play cards for software. I was promised a reimbursement of double the card value. Later, I was asked to download Robinhood and Strike, linking my bank account. When $[redacted] appeared in Robinhood, the person went silent. Requested to buy another $[redacted] card, I complied, and now I'm waiting for processing, which is taking longer than expected. I tried to contact Google Play without success, so I'm reaching out here. Concerned about my bank account and social security number, I'm also planning to contact my bank soon. It's important to be cautious to prevent identity theft.

I purchased a Google Play gift card from a store, but unfortunately, the card went missing before I got home, leaving only the cardboard backing behind. The store was uncooperative when I contacted them about the issue, redirecting me to the number on the card. However, due to Covid restrictions, the hotline is not operational. I attempted to seek assistance through the provided website, but it claimed I did not have an account. I could not locate the section on the page for requesting assistance as indicated at play.google.com/store/account. Nevertheless, I have the card number on my receipt. My daughter was playing Roblox and made only 3 or 4 purchases. After I unlinked her from my checking account, multiple new charges appeared. Some of these were for Robux bought at the same time. The account is under the name Pup Cat, verified with my personal cell phone. The allowed transactions were on October 1, [redacted], for $6.35, November 20, [redacted], for $2.11 and $1.05 each, and the last on November 27, [redacted], for $10.59. To prevent this, I removed my checking account from Google Play, canceled my card, and supervised her tablet use. Now, unexpected charges have put my finances in a difficult spot, affecting my youngest daughter's daycare fees and upcoming expenses. With the holidays approaching, assistance in resolving these transactions is crucial. My bank is limited in helping until this matter is resolved completely. I am seeking a refund for a DAZN membership that was canceled and confirmed through Google Play. The account under my father's name, linked to my mother's email, was canceled in August [redacted]. However, my credit card continues to be charged for a service no longer in use, despite Google Play confirming the cancellation. I have been incorrectly charged 4 times at $22.60 each, totaling $90.40 since the original cancellation.
