I purchased a Fossil Women's Jessie watch that cost over $70 with tax included. Unfortunately, it was delivered on 3/17 with a defective clasp. I would like to return it. My email address is [redacted], but I am unable to use it. I make all my purchases on my iPhone using the Google app. There is no return slip in the package, and UPS requires a code to accept the return. Could you please send me a text message to my cell phone at 1-[redacted] with the code I need for returning the item? I tried contacting [redacted] as suggested, but it was not helpful. I accidentally deleted Gboard on my Moto G6 Play while trying to free up space on my phone. After restarting, my fingerprint screen unlock no longer works, and I can't type in my password without a keyboard. I cleared some email and app data to free up space. I attempted to reinstall Gboard from the Play Store using my PC, but it failed due to memory issues. I don't want to factory reset my phone as I'll lose all my data. My Bluetooth keyboard also doesn't work, and I can only access the camera, Google voice assistant, and emergency keypad. The phone functions after entering my Android password, but I can't input my passcode to bypass the fingerprint lock. Please help.

I need to report fraudulent use of Google Play cards. I was tricked into purchasing Google Play cards for a friend whose email was compromised. They asked me to buy these cards because their friend was battling liver cancer. They claimed they couldn't purchase them due to being unwell with leg issues and asked me to scratch off the back and send them the numbers via email. Can you trace the card numbers under the scratch-off panel to catch the culprit?

My husband received a phone call this morning about suspicious transactions on our account. He attempted to decline them but was told our account is on hold for the next 24 hours due to potential internal fraud. The transactions include Ebay purchases for $[redacted] and an international transfer of $[redacted] to someone claiming to be my son, Jack D. R. The bank provided a book stating we can only receive a $[redacted] refund or opt for $[redacted] through Google Merchant. We agreed to the $[redacted] refund, planning to return the excess to the bank. However, we were asked to purchase $3k worth of Google Play Gift Cards to repay Google Merchant, using my husband Red's TD Visa card and TD Line of Credit for $[redacted] across seven stores. The last store refused sale due to fraud suspicions, increasing our doubts. We contacted the bank, who confirmed no such deposit occurred, warning us to avoid the scam call. Research revealed similar complaints online. We are distressed about our hard-earned money and the prevalence of such crimes. Can the authorities investigate this further? Thank you.

For the past three years, I have been experiencing someone hacking into my phone. I reported this issue to the Nashville Police Department in Tennessee twice, to Carter County Tennessee once, and to Washington County Tennessee three times. Despite my efforts, no one has taken action to help me. Recently, I discovered unauthorized business accounts and Google Wi-Fi on my phone, which I did not download. To my disbelief, I am being accused of the hacking activities that are not my doing. The local police have been unable to assist me, leading me to feel desperate. This situation has caused me so much stress that I even had a stroke. I am left with no choice but to involve my attorney in this matter. I demand that Google investigates this intrusion promptly and clears my name from any involvement in these malicious activities.

Hello, I purchased the e-book "Cutting for Stone" by Abraham Verghese on Sunday, February ‎28, ‎[redacted], for 15.81 CAD$ with my VISA. I unknowingly bought it from the Google Play store and expected to receive an email with the .epub file to download, but I instead received a file directly in my downloads called Cutting_for_Stone-epub.acsm. I have been struggling to purchase Google credits on my game using my aunt's credit card. Google Play is not allowing the transaction to go through. Hello, my name is Kristine Aikens. I redeemed a Google Play card on Monday, April 11, [redacted], and it mistakenly applied to my backup account ([redacted]). This email is only used as a backup and I do not make any purchases with it. I usually make purchases under [redacted], where my apps are downloaded. Although I redeem Google Play gift cards into my [redacted] account, this time it went to [redacted] I need to transfer the $15.00 from [redacted] to [redacted], where I play games and make purchases. I am unsure how this mix-up occurred since I do not use the backup account for apps. I noticed the error when checking the balance and discovered the Google Play activity was under the wrong account. My main email account that I've used for the past decade has been hacked, and the passwords were changed along with the recovery email. During a recent ranking event in the game Nova Empire, our server participated with others that had a ship building boost, resulting in reduced ship build times. Despite our server's complaints to the developers regarding the unfair advantage, no acknowledgment or compensation was provided for the disparity in chances to win. I am currently seeking contact information for EU regulatory agencies to address what appears to be a form of commercial deception. I signed up for a free trial subscription with Starry for cash, hoping to earn some extra money. Before the end of the trial, I tried to cancel my subscription but couldn't find any directions. The website linked me to an inactive page with illegal contracts. After reaching out via email twice without a response, I discovered similar games with the same issue and no cancellation instructions. After finally locating your contact details, I requested the cancellation of my subscription. However, I am adamant about receiving a full refund due to the time wasted and potential overdraft fees from my credit card company. I'm afraid to check my balance, as every money-making game I played seems to be fraudulent. They mention depositing money into a non-existent PLAYPAL account or ask to watch videos for earnings, but the videos never load. I have screenshots to support my claims.

I keep receiving a message from the Play Store saying it has stopped working. I have tried restarting the app, but it doesn't work. I even restarted my tablet multiple times, but the issue persists and is now affecting my ability to play games. I need this problem fixed as soon as possible. I fell victim to a scam involving the purchase of Google Play gift cards. The scammer promised a great deal on a MacBook if I paid using Google Play cards. I ended up buying: - 40,[redacted] Yen Google Play gift card - 30,[redacted] Yen Google Play gift card - 40,[redacted] Yen Google Play gift card - 30,[redacted] Yen Google Play gift card - 20,[redacted] Yen Google Play gift card for transportation. The scammer redeemed the cards between 9:00 and 13:00 Japan time today. I have the card numbers. Can someone track these cards and stop the transactions, or at least find out who redeemed them? I'm willing to provide more details if needed. Also, I need the Google Play customer service number to report this issue, as the [redacted] number isn't reachable from Japan.
