I was attempting to sell my Xbox online when a person from Vermont expressed interest in purchasing it. They sent money to my Cash App, and shortly after, I received an email from "Cash App" stating I needed to increase my account limit by adding $[redacted], which the buyer sent. Following that, I received another email instructing me to buy Google Play cards with the added money for the transaction to go through.

A few weeks ago, my debit card was unexpectedly used for a Google Play purchase without my authorization. Upon discovering this, I immediately contacted my bank, who froze my account to prevent further unauthorized transactions. Unfortunately, the full amount was withdrawn from my account. Around two weeks ago, I noticed that a little over $[redacted] was taken off my bank card without my authorization. The bank informed me of this suspicious activity as small amounts like $9, $5, $10, and $20 were deducted. While these seem like insignificant numbers individually, they add up to a sizable amount. I want the money returned to my account as I did not approve these transactions. I am unsure of who might have done this, but I am seeking a refund promptly.

I noticed three charges from Google Play on my bank statement yesterday. There was one for $64.19 and two for $35.29 each. I see that one of the $35.29 charges was valid, but I did not authorize the other $35.29 charge or the $64.19 charge. I would appreciate it if you could refund these two unauthorized charges back to my account promptly. I am puzzled as to why my account was billed multiple times when I only made one purchase for $35.29. I am encountering problems when attempting to make purchases in my game. A message pops up saying that my transaction cannot be completed. This issue also occurs when I attempt to buy Google Play credit on the Google Play store. Even when I try to utilize the credits already in my Google Play account, it states that the payment is declined despite showing that I have sufficient funds. Hello, I am experiencing issues with unauthorized transactions on my account. Small transactions ranging from £2.99 to £4.99 under the name Google*Google Play App have been occurring consistently, totaling £[redacted].23 since November 9, [redacted]. Despite only having £0.10 left in my account, additional charges are still being attempted daily. I have reviewed all my phone apps and have not made any purchases through them. Recently, they made it mandatory for all residents to use the app to travel outside their municipalities, imposing fines for non-compliance. I followed the steps recommended to change my country in Google Play, but unfortunately, I am still experiencing issues. Despite my attempts, the app continues to recognize my location as Korea. Even when accessing the Google Play store on my computer, it indicates that I am in Korea. I attempted the solutions provided on your website to rectify this situation, but regrettably, they were unsuccessful. I am hopeful that Google could assist in resetting this error. I experienced three bank charges due to one Apple Pay transaction. Both the bank and the business directed me to Apple, suggesting it was an Apple Pay issue. After contacting Apple, I was informed that in order to receive a refund for $[redacted], I would need to purchase two Google Play cards at $[redacted] each and provide them with the authorization numbers. Before proceeding, I asked for verification of their identity, which they provided along with names and ID numbers. After sharing the verification codes, they requested another $[redacted] for two additional cards. I declined as I found it suspicious and did not have the funds. They insisted I could use my debit card associated with the Google Play card. Upon attempting the transaction with my debit card, it was declined. Subsequently, the individual promised to refund $[redacted] to my RBC account within two hours, which never happened. When I tried contacting them again, the call was disconnected. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam losing $[redacted] along with the failed refund attempt of $[redacted]. I have evidence of the messages claiming to be from Apple, as well as the Google Play card receipts. I understand my mistake and am now seeking a $[redacted] refund. I am experiencing constant glitches and freezing issues with the Sparkling Society Fantasy Island simulation game. When I try to collect rewards from the production buildings, it takes days or even hours. I have spent a significant amount of money on in-game purchases to progress, only to uninstall and reinstall the game to troubleshoot, leading to losing all progress and purchases. I am requesting a complete restoration of all my progress, including recently opened and populated areas, special items, and chests purchased from the beginning. Alternatively, I am seeking a full refund of all the money I have spent on this problematic Sparkling Society game.

I have encountered an upsetting experience with a game that allegedly allowed users to play worldwide using virtual reality. I received emails from friends endorsing the game and decided to try it out. I mistakenly sent something to myself in the game and got kicked off shortly after. Following this, I started receiving messages about accumulating bonus points by taking pictures, leading to a sense of being followed in real life and seeing people in my house through the game. This has resulted in feelings of distress and invasion of privacy. I am considering legal action if these issues persist. I request the game to be shut down to prevent further distress.

I have contacted them multiple times to dispute the unauthorized Google charges on my account. They are claiming they cannot confirm it was fraudulent. I insist it was not authorized and I am seeking a refund. They cannot ascertain the validity of the charges without my authorization. I encountered a problem while trying to redeem a Google Play gift card as the card appears to be invalid. The first digit of the second set of four numbers got damaged while peeling off the grey coating. I have a receipt showing that the gift card was properly activated when purchased. I also seem to have an issue with one of my free online slot game apps, GSN Online Casino. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like resetting my LG G5 Android phone and updating Google Play. Despite contacting the developer, I have been unable to access the site for two months. In the app settings, there is a section that says "Do Not Open," which I'm unsure how to address. Additionally, my Goldfish Casino app only connects to the site occasionally without using my home Wi-Fi network, relying instead on my Chatr (Rogers) cellular data connection.
