I would like to report a concerning issue I encountered with the game "Bob's World 2" that I downloaded from the Google Play store. While playing the game with my 10-year-old, an explicit advertisement suddenly appeared, including grossly obscene and pornographic content. Following this, a page featuring naked women and sex offers popped up, which was completely unexpected and highly inappropriate for my child. I want to clarify that no one in my household, besides myself, is of an age to access such content, as I am a single mother. This unexpected experience led to uncomfortable conversations with my child. Upon further research, I discovered similar complaints from other users who also had negative encounters with the game. One friend even had a dispute with their partner over a similar incident, mistaking the ad for intentional viewing. This issue needs to be addressed promptly to prevent more children from being exposed to such inappropriate material and potentially causing harm to relationships.

Today is my birthday, and all I wanted to do was play my games on my phone. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the recent changes to Google Play. Now, I am unable to update any games without providing a credit card, which prevents me from playing them. This situation has made my 45th birthday the worst one yet. I have been a Google Play user for 15-20 years, and if this is how long-time customers are treated, I am considering leaving Google for good.

Hello, I recently signed up for Google Play not realizing it was just a trial. With the recent passing of my husband, I was occupied with his funeral and forgot about the subscription. I only needed it briefly to find a photo for his Memory Board. I noticed the charge on my Mastercard ending in [redacted] and would appreciate a refund as this service is costly for me as a senior and pensioner, and I won't be using it. I need assistance with updating the phone number linked to my Google account. A few years ago, I changed my number with Sprint, but I did not update it in my Google account settings. My recovery email is inaccessible, and my phone was stolen on 9-10-20. While waiting for a replacement phone from Sprint, I used an AT&T prepaid phone and had trouble accessing my account. After receiving my replacement Samsung 9 phone, I regained access via my Google account. However, I realized on 9-24-20 that my password had been changed without my knowledge. I am unable to receive verification codes due to the old phone number associated with my account and the inaccessible recovery email. I suspect someone has hacked my account, as I see activity related to setting up other accounts. I have been unable to receive any verification emails despite multiple requests. I urgently need to recover my account, as important work emails and personal pictures are at risk. I believe my last known password was Fergie22#. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased the WEAR OS Camera app for my watch today, October 1st. After opening it, I was directed to download the phone app as well. However, when I tried, it said I already owned it and wouldn't let me download it. Clicking on the buy option didn't help. I realized there are currently six pending payments of £2.49 each on my online bank statement to you, which I believe are a mistake. Please do not process these payments. Hello, I am Mr. Tony Lorenz and I have three accounts with you under the following emails: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I suspect that these accounts have been hacked since Google has been charging my phone company for services that I did not authorize on my phone. This has been happening since May [redacted] until now. Initially, I thought my high phone bill was due to international calls, but upon getting a new phone in March [redacted], I discovered that over £[redacted] was charged, with £[redacted] being line rental and the rest related to unauthorized Google Play charges. Hello, I contacted Google Play regarding an app I did not download, but they are not believing me. I encountered a trial subscription on my desktop, which I responded to without downloading as I am not familiar with the process on desktops. Unfortunately, I missed cancelling before the deadline due to my husband's recent passing and the funeral arrangements. I discovered the charges on my Mastercard statement. When I reached out, Google Play directed me to the developer for a refund. Despite being 75 years old and not tech-savvy, I managed to locate my subscription details on Google Play and the charged amount doesn't align with any known app. I am unable to find any record of the app download in my history. Being a pensioner, the significant sum of nearly $[redacted] is substantial for me financially. I kindly request a refund as I am unsure of the next steps to take. Regarding dispute 3-[redacted][redacted], Google Play has charged my credit card for a subscription, but they have not disclosed the origin of the charge. The transaction appeared on my credit card as a charge from Google My Fitness Pal on 7/29. I have not received any email notification from Google Play regarding this charge. I believe I should be informed of where the charge originated, such as via telephone or computer. I suspect there has been an error on Google's end. I am seeking a working phone number for Google Play as the "Call Google Play" button in the response is not functional.

I was incarcerated for three years and forgot my account passwords. I've had this account for many years and it holds a lot of personal data that I need to recover. The phone number linked to the account is no longer mine, and I can't reset the password using the recovery page. I haven't been prompted to answer my security questions either, which I thought would help in this situation. I've tried contacting the old phone number, but the current owner won't respond. My three-year-old daughter unknowingly made an in-app purchase on Design my Room app on Oct 6, [redacted]. I noticed the charge on my debit card statement and promptly asked for a refund. Despite my immediate request on the same day of the purchase and my assurance that I haven't used nor intend to use the item, the refund was denied. I need to report that four gift cards were purchased today and have been stolen. Each card was valued at $[redacted].00. I have the serial numbers of the gift cards and the original receipts as proof of purchase. I have 15 books on Google Search with the same title. I canceled them with the publisher to avoid constant harassment for money, overpriced advertising, and ineffective services. Despite canceling, the listings are still there, resulting in other publishers and scam artists harassing me. I no longer want to advertise these books and am tired of blocking and reporting the emails. I seek assistance in removing them to end the harassment. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have reconsidered publishing a book at all.

My mother-in-law received an email from Amazon thanking her for a purchase she didn't make. After contacting Amazon, she learned it was a scam. She was then instructed to buy Google Play gift cards to catch the scammer. Unfortunately, she fell for it and bought two $[redacted] gift cards, sharing the codes with the scammers. When a store employee intervened, they realized it was a scam and contacted the police. Now, they are left with two unused gift cards. They don't use their phones for purchases and are wondering if there is a way to recover their money.

Please assist me with the following issue: I have been experiencing difficulties accessing my Google account despite receiving the OTP on my mobile number. Even after entering the OTP, the account remains unverified. Furthermore, I have forgotten the Hotmail account linked to my Google account, as it was created in 2[redacted] for a Nokia Lumia [redacted] and has not been used since. I recently noticed an unfamiliar charge on my account from Google Play Ap of £99.99. The accidental purchase was made on 18/04/20 with the code T51364-MA4T5-[redacted] and Order No. GPA 3[redacted]-6[redacted]5. I initially reported it to my bank in April and was refunded. However, I received a letter stating the money was sent back to Google Play Ap due to it being charged from my home address, where my child accidentally made the purchase while playing on the computer without realizing the consequence. Despite having passwords on my devices, this incident occurred, causing stress for my child as well. I am kindly requesting a refund of £99.99 as a goodwill gesture in this unfortunate situation. On October 16th, my father made a payment of [redacted] rupees from his account. The amount was deducted, but he has not received it yet. He is still waiting for the payment. He is not familiar with how to file a complaint and asked for my help. I have also checked the bank statement, and there is no refund. I have been trying to resolve an issue with an unreadable Google Play card that I purchased on September 29th for $25. Despite reaching out to both Google Play and Speedway, I haven't received any helpful assistance. I have invested a significant amount of money into a game, even though I am on a fixed income. It is incredibly frustrating that I am unable to receive credit for a card that I couldn't use. The only response I have received is that the card has been used, which is completely untrue.

On my Capital One Walmart Mastercard statement due on November 19, there are three charges that I do not recognize: - Transaction Date: Sep 25, Post Date: Sep 26, Description: GOOGLE*Playg,co/helppay#CA, Amount: $4.99 - Oct 5, Oct 6, GOOGLE*PLAYINTERNETCA, $9.99 - Oct 22, Oct 22, GOOGLE*PlayMountain View CA, $3.99 I request a review of these charges to provide me with more details regarding the purchases. If they stem from free slot game apps, I did not authorize them as I have removed all such apps from my devices. If they are ebook purchases, I may have authorized them, but I typically use Google Books, not Google Play for such transactions. Please specify the titles and/or authors if they are indeed book purchases. Thank you for your prompt response.

In January [redacted], I tried a Google Play offer that was a free trial. Even after canceling officially, I was still charged. My bank has intervened and refunded some money, but I am still owed at least five months' worth of charges at £8.49 per month. Despite previous attempts to contact you and your investigations claiming no account was found, the money taken and my bank's actions show that I do exist in your system. I am requesting an immediate refund.
