Hello, I am looking to resolve an issue concerning my family. My younger brother, who is 12 years old, unwittingly used my dad's bank account to make a purchase on Google Play while they are in Romania, and I am currently in the UK. Upon receiving a bank statement showing the transactions, it appears he spent approximately £[redacted], but I am uncertain of the equivalent amount in Romanian currency. My parents are upset as they were saving that money for an important reason, particularly for my mom's upcoming operation. The bank has already frozen my dad's account, and I have access to my brother's account and password. I have obtained images of the detailed bank statement.

I tried reaching out to UK Google Play customer services, but no assistance was available due to the current situation. I have been using a Samsung Galaxy 2 tablet solely for playing the game "HAY DAY" through Google Play for years without any previous issues. Recently, I encountered difficulties connecting to the Google Play server while playing the game. Despite contacting HAY DAY support for help, they were unable to locate my game or provide assistance, suggesting that someone else could be using my game. This situation has left me puzzled, especially since I keep receiving a message stating that "the administrator has disabled mobile access for your account."

For over a month now, I have been experiencing a serious issue with my hacked Yahoo and Google accounts, which were linked to my important bank accounts including PayPal and an offshore bank account. The hacker, Carole Scapillati, has been maliciously accessing and deleting all my data, including precious photos of my two deceased sons. Despite my attempts to create new accounts, she continues hacking them. The security software Norton was also stolen. My main email accounts were [redacted] and [redacted], which are now inaccessible. These accounts are linked to significant financial assets and need urgent attention. Additionally, our secondary email, [redacted], seems to have been tampered with by merging our names. The situation is distressing as she even manipulated my phone and locked me out. I seek resolution and justice for the emotional distress and financial losses this hacker has caused.

I received a message regarding a subscription purchase on Google Play made for an All Access Pass for Smule - The Social Singing App. The order was placed on 24 Jun [redacted] at 1:28:20 pm AEST and will automatically renew on 1 Jul [redacted] for $14.99/week unless canceled. The payment method was Google Play balance. The email associated with the subscription is [redacted] Despite receiving this notification, I do not have the app on my device.

My son, Rogan, created a Kaspersky account last month using my parents' credit card ending in [redacted]. They were billed twice, most recently about $45 a few days ago without authorization as he is underage. I'm his mother, Heather Gasowski, who called to cancel the subscription last month, but it wasn't cancelled due to being billed through Google Play. Please process the refund for my parents. I have been encountering unauthorized charges and missing points on my purchases. Earlier today, I bought a $9.99 item on Roblox and was charged $11.64 instead of the expected amount with tax. Also, when I made 99 cent purchases, I was instantly charged for the $4.99 pack as well. Despite having a password requirement for each purchase and limitations, these issues occurred multiple times. I did not authorize the $4.99 monthly plan for any accounts. Furthermore, after making two $9.99 purchases, I was charged for both but only received points for one. I recently changed my Gmail account due to hacking, but now I can't access my Google Play card with $16.00 on it as it's linked to my old account. Hello, I’m Mike Washington. I noticed unauthorized payments from my account to Google Play on 12/06, totaling £47.49, which I did not make. I immediately contacted my bank to block the transactions and changed my card. Unfortunately, further unauthorized charges of the same amount were deducted on 26/06 and a new charge of £28.49 on 29/06. I have not made any purchases on Google Play and urgently need these charges to cease. The frequent debits of funds from my account, where I typically maintain a limited balance, are concerning. Hello, I need assistance with a Google Play Store issue. We have an app called "Madárhatározó" in Hungary where users can purchase access to additional content. I have noticed monthly charges from Pandora Music on my account, but I did not authorize them. I have tried multiple times to cancel the subscription, but since I didn't realize Pandora is a Google app, I couldn't access my account info. I would appreciate a refund for all the charges; I only used the app to try to cancel. I have already contacted Pandora via email and changed my debit card, yet you still keep charging me. I discovered that it was Google Play through PayPal, leading me to your website where I hope I unsubscribed successfully. Nonetheless, I believe a refund for the bank card charges is necessary. I have been playing Home Design Hawaii Life and recently started Home Design Paradise Life. I purchased the $12.99 package multiple times in Hawaii Life but was overcharged. Between 5/3 and 7/3, I was mistakenly charged 10 times. I only play occasionally and did not intend to make so many purchases. Moreover, I bought the $1.99 starter pack in Paradise Life but did not receive anything. When I tried to reach out to the game developers, I realized they are based in China, which I was unaware of initially. Unfortunately, they have not responded to my inquiries. I am visually impaired and recently bought a book called "Home Before Dark," but couldn't find it in my library. The only choice was to pre-order it, preventing me from checking a free sample to verify if I had already read it. As it turns out, I had. Unfortunately, I am unable to find the book in my purchase history on Play Store, making it impossible to request a refund. I am puzzled as to why the book did not appear in my library initially and why I was forced to pre-order it without the option of trying a sample. In the future, I may opt to use my Kindle for all my reading.

I recently bought The Return of Absent Souls: After the Rift Book 6 ebook on Google Play but used the wrong account. I asked for a refund and then bought it again on the correct account. However, I received an email stating I couldn't get a refund on the first purchase. I thought there was a forty-eight-hour window for refunds, but it's only been about twelve hours. I attempted to contact customer service, but the number doesn't seem to work. I can't find helpful information on why I'm not eligible for a refund based on the policy.

My 5-year-old, who can't read yet, unknowingly made multiple purchases on Google Play. I discovered this on July 4th when I noticed over £[redacted] spent in just a few days. I tried to follow Google Play's refund process but am unsure if I did it correctly. I've reached out to my bank and O2 as one transaction was nearly £[redacted]. I'm concerned about the purchases dating back to June 28th. Surprisingly, my son has never made so many purchases before, leading me to question if my account was compromised or if purchases can be made without a password. Despite reporting this over two weeks ago, I received varied responses from Google support and payments, leading to no resolution but only frustration. I provided my account was hacked, showing I didn't use my Bank of Piraeus card since last September during a holiday in Greece and never added it to Google Pay. The simultaneous purchases were in a foreign language making me suspect a Russian connection. Last night, July 15, [redacted], I purchased £19.99 worth of gems on the Wolf Online Simulator by SwiftApps. Regrettably, I did not receive the gems I paid for. Instead, an error message appeared stating, "Unable to verify payment." I troubleshot the issue, but it seems the problem is not on my end. I tried making the purchase again, assuming it was just a one-time glitch and that I wouldn't be charged twice. However, the same issue occurred, and I was charged twice. I attempted to reach out to the game developers, but I've heard they are slow to respond to many people. I feel devastated and frustrated. I can't find the refund option on my app store as the site's instructions indicate. I've searched for the option thoroughly to no avail. Losing £40 is a significant amount for me. I am inquiring about a refund for my purchases in Guns of Glory. The recent game updates have drastically changed my gaming experience by either removing the items I paid for or making them available for free. The current state of the game resembles gambling, and recent updates have disadvantaged paying players like me compared to non-paying ones. I have a complex issue to address. I recently disputed a $32.24 charge from Skyhawke Techn) via Google Play on June 30, [redacted], as it was unfamiliar. My credit card company reversed the charge from Google Play. Subsequently, Google Play seems to have recharged me on July 1, [redacted], for their subscription even though it shows as canceled under Subscriptions. I wish to terminate the duplicate payment and the July 1 subscription since I no longer use an Android device.
