Hi, this is about my Claim ID: ****-****-**** which includes * purchase all made at same day and same time obviously from an other country in eastern Europe, although I am and live in Canada.*I have reported this over * weeks ago and I am getting different responses from different people from google support and google payments that have resulted to me no results so far but only frustration *I sent them about * times the following information which shows clearly that my account was hacked. What do I finally have to do in order for you to learn to do your job properly ? I am going to report this to the Consumers protection association and use every legal means available but this time I am going to also claim my compensation for the frustration you are causing me all these days for something so obvious due to your incompetence or trying to cover up an inside job to steal money from someone totally innocent.**. I haven't used this card from the Bank of Piraeus in Greece since last September when I was in Greece for holidays and never used it again after that.**. I am ** years old, live alone and I do not have contact with anyone hence the pandemic.**. I never added this Visa card to google pay , and never purchased anything from Google play, which makes me wonder how google accepted anyone to add an other person's Visa to google pay and what identification verification was made to allow it ?**. As you can see these six purchases, some of them were repeated at the same time on the same date and always the seller is someone with a name in a strange language that looks to me Russian, which makes me suspect that the hackers might be russians too.**. This one is not my only bank account that was hacked these past * weeks. The hackers attacked my TD account, my Scotia Bank account my CIBC account and my mobile company to steal my phone number wich they did for * days, I have filed reports with local police report file * LVL*********, with Equifax , with Trans-union, with Canada CAFC fraud department report * ****-***** and of course I reported it to my mobile company and they know all about it there, which is the FIZZ.CA if you like contact any of these services to confirm.**Please get someone responsible or a supervisor to look after my claim or just someone with more brains and common sense...*Andreas Koukoulas*phone * * *** *** ****
