For refunds you will need to call Care Credit directly. There are a few ways to attempt to get a refund. One by calling and the other by contacting your bank to get cancel the transaction.

I am legally blind and want to ask for a book I recently purchased. I did check my library for Home Before Dark and it wasn't there. The only opti*on was to pre-order it so I could not read a free sample of it to make sure I hadn't read it before. It turns out I have read it. For some reason, pre-order is the option. I have gone to Playstore and when I go to try to find the book in my purchase history, it shows other books, but not my most recent purchases history so I cannot even request a refund. Why wasn't this book in my library and why did I have to pre-order it without the option to read a free sample of it so I did not waste money on a book I've already read? I guess I will switch to using my Kindle to read everything in the future.
GetHuman-cwllam did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
