I am facing an issue with my phone where someone took it and my money from my GCash wallet is missing, a total of [redacted] pesos. I have already reported this to GCash. Upon investigating, I discovered that the person made three purchases on Google Play for a game named Galaxy. They claim my GCash account was linked to Google Play on March 16, [redacted], but I do not recall doing this. Though they insist it was done a while ago, I have no memory of linking my GCash to Google Play. They suggested contacting Google for assistance. I am pleading for help to resolve this matter as I lost [redacted] pesos on a game I am unfamiliar with. This money could have been used for essential needs during this pandemic instead of on a game. Please, can someone look into this and assist me accordingly?

Hello, I keep getting charged by Google Play for Starz Play even though I cancelled the subscription a while back and my account shows no active subscriptions. I would like a refund promptly as it seems unfair to be billed for a service I no longer use. Thank you.

Over the past few months, I have noticed the following charges on my statement: - Google YouTube: $49.99 - Google Sandbox: $3.79 - Google: $4.33 I kindly ask for these charges to be reversed, refunded, and to discontinue any future billing. My child, a minor, claims not to have used these platforms. It is possible that they may have unknowingly started a free trial resulting in these charges. Hello. I'm curious why Google allows the developers of their gaming apps to evade paying out money to players like myself. These companies make a significant profit from us viewing their ads, but Google seems to turn a blind eye to this issue. It feels like a form of fraud. Despite my efforts, I have not encountered a single app that actually pays out. For instance, with Starry Legend, I have accumulated over €[redacted] in my PayPal account, yet every time I try to withdraw, it claims "not enough funds." This seems to be a widespread problem with various apps they promote, and I strongly believe action should be taken. It seems only fair for these apps to be prohibited and compelled to fulfill their payout obligations.

Subject: Unauthorized Deductions from My Account Dear Sir, I am a resident of Vill. Baghan, P.O. Kathaltali, District Karimganj, Pin [redacted], writing to bring to your attention an issue with unauthorized deductions from my savings account. Upon reviewing my bank statement from 9/03/20 to 01/05/20, I noticed Rs. [redacted],[redacted] has been deducted without my consent. During this period, there were multiple transactions that I did not authorize, and no OTP was shared from my registered SIM card. Despite the lockdown making banking transactions challenging, I want to highlight that I did not conduct any ATM withdrawals, purchases, or transactions through my ATM card or cheque. The deductions made by Google Play seem to be a violation of banking rules. I have only received around 42k as a refund, which is insufficient. Dear Team, I am reaching out regarding some unintended purchases made on my Play Store account through the Ludo King app by my 5-year-old daughter. I am looking to receive a refund for all the purchases I have made over the past three years related to the game app Final Fantasy A New Empire. Initially, the game allowed fair gameplay for all, but the developers, MZ, have made it pay-to-play over time. Progressing in the game now requires constant spending to stay competitive. Despite MZ's promise to maintain game balance by not releasing new items too frequently, they are doing so every week. My attempts to address this with them directly have been met with either silence or canned responses. They appear to favor players who spend money. I am requesting a refund for my purchases made over the last three years due to their unfair practices. My bank and solicitor recommend seeking refunds from the app provider if the developers do not respond. I bought a $[redacted] Google Play card at a Walgreens in Taylorsville, Utah on 04/02/[redacted]. After activating it, I sent the card photos and receipt to my boss via Google Hangouts, who is in Paris due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, when she tried to redeem the card, it did not work. I visited the store and tried the card website, but couldn't resolve the issue. The website warned about excessive loading attempts causing the card to freeze. On May 28th, [redacted], at 8:58 PM, I bought £45 worth of Google Play cards at Morrison's in Exeter. I bought one for £25 and two for £10 each. When trying to activate the £25 card with a friend, it didn't work. I returned to Morrison's to get a refund, but they said they couldn't help once activated. According to Morrison's, I needed to contact Google Play for a refund. I reached out on May 29th, [redacted], through live chat but the assistance was not satisfactory. Google Play's lack of contact numbers made it challenging to resolve the issue. Despite an error showing the gift was invalid, both Morrison's and Google Play have been unhelpful. Morrison's advised me to seek a refund through Google Play, creating frustration as I had to handle the situation despite their involvement.

I signed up for the "Your Talking Pet" app a month ago for $2.99 per month. The app required the BlueStack software, which was large and cumbersome. I uninstalled both Talking Pet and BlueStack a week ago but forgot to cancel my Talking Pet subscription. I noticed a $2.99 charge on my VISA account for June. I want to ensure I don't continue to get charged monthly for an app I no longer use. I received an email from Google Play on May 30 confirming the renewal of my subscription from WB Media Ltd. The email included an order number: GPA.3[redacted]-2[redacted]6..1. When I clicked the "Manage" link, I couldn't find any information about my purchase or subscription on Google Play. Can anyone provide assistance with cancelling my subscription?

Dear Playstore Team, About two weeks ago, I deposited 0.[redacted] Bitcoin into the Stakedwallet app downloaded from the Play Store. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the app is no longer running, and the website is also down. Both are inaccessible, and it seems my deposited Bitcoins are missing or stolen. I assume the apps should be properly reviewed before being published in the Play Store. Who is responsible for my lost or stolen Bitcoins? This situation is devastating for me as it was my entire savings, intended to surprise my daughter by depositing it into her savings account. Now it's all gone. I have tried reaching out to the operator multiple times with no success. Please see evidence attached. I discovered multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card made by my eight-year-old child. My credit card was added for a previous authorized purchase. I have canceled the unauthorized subscriptions in my Google Play account and removed my credit card as a payment method. The charges were for Google Skins and Google Mods. I am looking to discuss and review each charge urgently.

I recently started two AVG subscriptions and requested an additional 30-day subscription for each. The subscriptions began in January [redacted]. Currently, I am in a mental health facility due to a home accident causing property damage and a forced entry. I trust Google Play will handle the account safety well. Hello, I recently discovered that my child, who is only 10 years old, unknowingly made purchases on her TikTok and Robux accounts. She used my birthdate to create the accounts with my permission. Between March and May [redacted], there were a total of £[redacted] spent on Robux and TikTok coins, which she was not aware of. Since my bank card details were stored on her account, Google Play automatically processed the transactions.
