On April 4, [redacted], my debit card had unauthorized charges on my Google Play account. Despite requesting refunds, I was instructed to fill out over 30 requests, which is impractical. I suspect my account has been compromised as a Note 8 phone was added without my consent. To prevent further unauthorized use, I removed my debit card details, canceled the card, and informed my bank. There are additional suspicious charges for a vaping product over $[redacted] and a beast merchandise for $[redacted] on my account. I urge for an investigation into these transactions, the removal of the unauthorized phone, and the refund of the disputed charges.

I am seeking a full refund from TopWar purchases. I have been attempting to contact them for over a week regarding the same issue. My account is not receiving full rewards, and I am either receiving irrelevant answers or no response at all. Each time I raise an inquiry, it gets closed without a resolution, forcing me to start a new help request each time. The lack of direct contact is frustrating, as most responses seem to come from other players rather than official support. This situation is unacceptable considering the amount of money I have invested in the game. Despite my payments, the support team does not address my concerns adequately and often provides unrelated responses. I wish to receive a refund and discontinue playing this unsupported game where responses appear automated and fail to address my specific questions. I have evidence of my inquiries and the extensive delays in receiving responses. Support cuts me off, leaving my issues unresolved. Your assistance in processing my refund is greatly appreciated.

I need assistance with cancelling a Gsuite trial and a mistakenly purchased domain. I terminated the trial promptly as it didn't meet my needs. Despite canceling, I was charged for the domain unknowingly. I am struggling to find a way to cancel the domain and request a refund. It is essential for me to recover the funds as I am currently in a difficult situation due to being in the hospital. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a pin from the admin app to contact Gsuite support. Any guidance on how to resolve this issue and obtain a refund would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I made a payment to Google Play for a recharge code using Paytm today, April 9th, for [redacted] INR. The Order Number is [redacted]2. Upon payment, I received a promo code that can give me up to [redacted] rupees cash back at Amway stores. Unfortunately, there are no Amway stores in my state. Can you assist me in canceling the payment and getting a refund to my account? I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you, Raj

I purchased a $[redacted] Google Play gift code using my PayPal account. Google Play required verification, preventing me from redeeming it, and during this time, someone else used my code. PayPal won't help since Google Play made an error. I need assistance restoring my legitimate purchase. I am asking for your understanding and cooperation. Please verify the situation and issue the $[redacted] Google Play gift code. I prefer this over a refund. Consider my significant purchases on Google Play. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter. Contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted]

I recently purchased a course on Udemy and paid through UPI using Google Pay. The payment went through successfully. However, when I tried to purchase a course for my friend with my UPI account, even though the payment was successful, the course was not delivered. I contacted Udemy, and they explained that authorization requests are not actual charges and will be reversed once the payment processor receives a response from the bank, which can take 1-14 business days. They suggested reaching out to Google Pay or my bank if the charges do not clear within this time frame or for more information. I made two transactions of Rs [redacted], but only one reached Udemy. My email for the payment was [redacted]

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request a refund or waiver for unauthorized charges on my wife's Singapore SingTel Handphone Bills (phone number: (+65)[redacted]5 used by my son). Between March and October [redacted], there were high charges that needed to be cleared. Upon investigating, it was revealed that my son did not download many Google Apps/games as initially suspected. He only admitted to using Apps like Mathway, LLC and Miniclip SA until September, when I stopped him. However, in the following months (especially in October), I noticed unknown charges from Google Play (such as Ms. Sibyl App, Playrix Games, SMALL & BIG PILE OF DIAM., etc.) on the bill. Except for the Carousell Pte Ltd App, which was downloaded to understand Carousell. I have already contacted SingTel regarding this matter, and they advised me to seek a refund from Google Play. I kindly request your prompt attention to this significant billing discrepancy that has amounted to over seven hundred Singapore dollars, an expense that I find challenging to bear. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Sincerely, Edmund

I was charged $[redacted].99 on February 29, [redacted] for a coin package from Jackpot Party Casino: Free Slots Casino Games. After receiving an email notification from Google Play about this charge, I contacted Google. I spoke with Arman from Security and informed him that I did not make this purchase. He assured me he would cancel the charge and remove it. While the charge was initially removed, it reappeared again. I did not authorize this purchase and refuse to pay for it. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you. Sunae H.

I received an email from my insurance company instructing me to use DocuSign, which I did as they said it was free. However, I later noticed a charge of $[redacted].99 on my debit card, which has caused my bank account to be $88.00 in the negative. Unfortunately, as a 60-year-old, I find navigating these phone applications challenging. I believe I unintentionally signed up for a 30-day free trial which led to this unexpected charge. I won't receive more funds until May 3rd, and I am on disability. I struggled to contact DocuSign to cancel, and it added to my stress. The lack of clarity in the process is frustrating, and I hold my insurance company partly responsible for this situation. I seek assistance and hope to resolve this financial burden promptly.

Today, I bought two Google Play gift cards: one for $[redacted] and the other for $[redacted]. Upon entering the $[redacted] card, I received a message stating it was already redeemed, which is incorrect. Despite contacting Best Buy, they redirected me to Google Play, which has been unresponsive. I then purchased another $[redacted] card to no avail, leaving me with a total loss of $[redacted]. I possess the cards and receipts. Why is it showing "card redeemed" when I have entered the code after scratching it off? Unlike iTunes cards, this issue has caused me frustration. I eagerly await your prompt response and attention to this matter. Thank you.

I purchased a Google Play gift card using my debit card. However, upon trying to redeem the code at home, it seems like there was an error stating that the code is incorrect and the card cannot be redeemed. I followed the steps provided on the website to resolve this but to no avail. Even when I went back to the store of purchase, they were unable to check if the card had been activated. The value of the card is $50, and I am hoping that Google Play can assist in rectifying this issue so that I can successfully redeem the code and make use of the gift card. Thank you.

I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my account totaling over $20,[redacted] for a game called Bingo Blitz. My wife, who is mentally ill, inadvertently left her old phone with our 15-year-old son. Due to my age of 60 and memory problems, I am struggling with understanding the situation. I believed I was paying bills through Google and was unaware of these large charges. I never received any notifications from the bank or the game developer about these transactions. It appears that my son used Google to make these payments while playing the game. I feel vulnerable to exploitation, especially as we are dealing with mental health issues. I am urgently seeking assistance to dispute all charges related to Bingo Blitz on my account, which were made by my stepson without my knowledge. He was unaware that real money was being spent and is willing to take responsibility for his actions. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulties with my email addresses. I changed the password, but someone keeps gaining access and changing it. As a result, I am unable to access my accounts. I have had to create new email addresses multiple times due to this issue. I would like to provide my social security number for you to determine how many accounts are linked to it. Please contact me at [redacted] as my email is compromised. I had a friend set up two-factor authentication, but someone is still accessing my accounts effortlessly and manipulating them. I suspect that someone is using my information, including controlling accounts like PayPal (which I do not use). I believe they are pretending to be me. Please investigate this matter, including Google Pay, Green Dot card, NetSpend account, and Cash App card (compromised a few months ago). I want to confirm if there are any additional accounts beyond the ones I have mentioned. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you promptly, preferably by tomorrow.

On Wednesday, April 15th, [redacted], I purchased a $50.00 Google Play Card at the Dollar General in Aliquippa, PA, on Sheffield Road. Upon attempting to redeem the card at home, I received an error message stating that the code entered was invalid. Despite multiple attempts over the following week, the issue persisted. I have utilized the online support page and attempted to call various provided numbers. Unfortunately, each call to customer support (tried 3 to 4 different numbers) resulted in the same automated message citing limited availability due to COVID-19 safety measures. I am eagerly seeking assistance from a live customer service representative to resolve this matter.

I have reached out to Google multiple times and followed their instructions online. Despite doing everything they requested, they are consistently denying my refund request for an app we are unable to access and do not want. I contacted EPIC and Google Play, and was advised by a representative to contact American Express to investigate the charge. Even after doing so, Google Play still refused to refund me. This situation feels like a scam, especially given the current pandemic. I am requesting an immediate refund of $76.31 to my American Express account. This marks my sixth attempt to resolve this issue since January, and we have not accessed the app since December 25th. I was unable to cancel the app due to receiving incorrect information from Google Play and being sent in circles. I will not be making any further payments to them.

I purchased a $50.00 Google Play Card at Dollar General in Aliquippa, PA on April 15th, [redacted]. The store is located on Sheffield Road. After buying the card, I scratched the code on the back and attempted to redeem it. However, the code was deemed invalid or entered incorrectly when I tried to redeem it. I attempted to enter the code correctly multiple times without success. Despite troubleshooting online and contacting customer service, I was unable to resolve the issue due to COVID-19 safety measures impacting their availability. I have reached out multiple times with no response and still require assistance to redeem my Google Play Card.

My 8-year-old son accidentally made nearly £[redacted] worth of purchases on Google Play. He has learning difficulties, and I typically approve all his game purchases. Unfortunately, due to being a single mom and having COVID-19 for the past 2 weeks, he has been staying with his grandparents as I have been too sick to care for him. Google Play has declined to refund the purchases, citing their policy. However, given my current situation as a single mom who has lost 2 weeks' pay due to illness, this has put me in a position where I cannot afford my mortgage and council tax. I kindly request a reevaluation of the situation and hope that at least half of the amount could be refunded. I've since implemented additional security measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Thank you, R.M.

I have been using the Pinecoin Paid Surveys app from Google Play developed by Pie Solutions for a while now. After putting in a lot of time and effort, I reached the redemption limit of USD [redacted]. However, when I tried to claim USD [redacted] on 05.03.[redacted], the app displayed an error and did not process the payment. I attempted another redemption on 05.04.[redacted] using PayPal for USD [redacted], but faced the same error message and could not cash out. Despite contacting the developer and leaving a review, I have not received any response regarding the issue. Furthermore, it seems the app is profiting from displaying ads while owing me USD [redacted]. I have ceased using the app and urge Google Play to remove it from their platform.
