Issue: Age (Disabled Account) When I first created my account, there was no age input required. Recently, about a week ago on either 28/2/[redacted] or 3/3/[redacted] (I did not receive any notification), I mistakenly entered my birthdate as 17/8/[redacted]. Shortly after, my account was disabled without prior email notification. When I attempted to correct my date of birth, I was prompted for verification ID or credit card details, which I do not have. The recovery email associated with my account is [redacted], and the phone number linked is [redacted]2. I usually log in from three devices: a tablet (tab3), a J6 Infinity, and a Sony device.

I signed up for the G Suite trial and unintentionally purchased a domain. I promptly canceled the trial the following day. However, I discovered that I was billed for the domain on my credit card statement. I have been unable to find information on how to delete or cancel the domain. I urgently need to recover the funds as I am currently in the hospital on my 18th day and every dollar counts. I have attempted to retrieve a pin from the admin app, but I am unable to receive it, rendering me unable to reach anyone through the G Suite phone line. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently signed up for the G Suite trial and accidentally purchased a domain along with it. I canceled the trial promptly the next day when I realized I wouldn't be using it. However, I was still charged for the domain on my credit card, and I'm unsure how to go about canceling it and receiving a refund. I have tried searching for solutions without success. As I am currently in the hospital and in need of all the financial resources I have, I really need to resolve this issue. I attempted to obtain a PIN from the admin app to contact G Suite support but encountered difficulties as nothing appears when I click on the "get pin" button. Without this PIN, I can't reach anyone through the phone line. I appreciate any guidance on how to proceed with canceling the domain and getting a refund.

I am experiencing a problem with Gardenscapes on my Android device. Around three or four days ago, the game received an update introducing a new circus challenge. At the time, I was at approximately level [redacted]. However, after the update, upon logging in, the game only showed two options, both at level [redacted], which was incorrect. Despite restarting the app, I still faced the same issue. Unfortunately, upon selecting one of the options to continue playing, I discovered that not only had my progress been lost, but all the money I had spent on in-game purchases totaling approximately £[redacted].65 seemed to have disappeared. This setback caused me to revert back to the unrenovated area where I had previously completed various upgrades, leading to a food tasting event. Despite reaching a new area with additional tasks, the update had set me back significantly, erasing all my achievements. I have reached out to Playrix through in-game support and email, but have not received a satisfactory response. Despite my numerous attempts to request a full refund, I have been met with silence.

While in China, I have encountered issues accessing Google services while using a VPN. It seems that when my VPN is on, adding a Google account becomes problematic, likely due to restrictions within Google's service framework. I suspect that using NAT mode on VPN apps allows me to bypass this issue as the system does not detect the VPN usage. Similarly, using a router connected to a VPN also enables access. While connected to the VPN, I have experienced difficulties accessing Google Docs, the Play Store, and Youtube. To resolve this, I have to remove my Google account, clear storage on Google Play Store, Play Services, and Partner Setup, then re-add my Google account. These limitations are quite inconvenient. It would be beneficial if Google could review and potentially lift VPN restrictions, especially for users in regions like China.

Hello, I am completely confused. I NEVER placed an order for a TuneIn subscription. The TuneIn application is listed as a "FREE" application on my Pioneer receiver model VSX-LX503. I received a cancellation notice from Google Play regarding my TuneIn Radio subscription, but then suddenly got a renewal confirmation email with a charge of € [redacted].99 for the yearly subscription. I would like Google to cancel this subscription entirely. I am seeking a confirmation of the cancellation from Google. Thank you. Sincerely, Jan K.

On 3/26/[redacted], I visited a store and attempted to make a purchase, assuming I had enough funds in my account. To my surprise, my card was declined, and I discovered that my account had been overdrawn. Upon reviewing my transactions, I noticed 21 unauthorized purchases under the description "Google play." Typically, I only make in-app purchases for Pokemon go and never make rapid back-to-back transactions or spend more than $9.99. I also have never bought Google play credits and always make purchases with the CCV code verification. In this instance, no such verification was required, and I received no notifications or receipts for these transactions. The charges have drained my account and left it in the negative, potentially incurring additional fees. I have reported each transaction through Google play's "report a problem" link. The app responsible for the charges is Cash Frenzy Slots version 1.59, with charges appearing as Google*Zhang Liang G. co/ Helppay# ca and Google*Google play G. co Helppay# Ca. My email associated with my play account is [redacted], and the card used is a Visa Debit ending in [redacted]. The charges spanned from 03/24/[redacted] to 03/26/[redacted], totaling $92.80. While I've disputed some transactions, many remain unresolved despite multiple attempts.

I recently contacted Google Support regarding my Google Play G Suite trial and an accidental domain purchase. After realizing the trial didn't meet my needs, I promptly cancelled it. I have tried obtaining a pin from the admin app to contact G Suite support, but I am encountering difficulties. Any guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
