I wanted to share my experience with a game called "Eternal City", a gacha game where I have made numerous in-game purchases. Unfortunately, there is an exploit that allows players to pull/summon/roll endlessly without spending any real money. This has resulted in some players abusing the exploit while the developers have failed to address the issue or ban the abusers, opting instead to release new units and updates. To compound matters, in the latest update, a character that should have been obtainable for free or through gameplay is now locked behind the gacha system, whereas in the Japanese and Chinese versions of the game, the character is available as a free unit. Given this situation, I am seeking guidance on how to request a refund for my in-app purchases since the developers have not responded to my emails. I have made significant in-app purchases totaling approximately $[redacted] between May 11, [redacted], and June 1, [redacted]. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I recently noticed an unauthorized purchase of $[redacted].99 on my debit card, ending in [redacted], that was made by my 3-year-old grandson on 6/11/19 for the Jackpot Casino. He used my phone for the transaction, and I only discovered it when I tried to make purchases this morning and found no money in my account. I kindly request a return/refund for this charge. The transaction is under Google Play and linked to [redacted] or my husband's email, [redacted]

Our Disa Unified Messenger app was removed from the Google Play Store on March 22, [redacted], due to SMS and Call Log permission changes. We have appealed the removal, highlighting how Disa replaces the SMS function with the Text Messaging plugin. The plugin is a key feature in the onboarding process. We provided video evidence showing the correct use of permissions, but have received automated responses to our submissions. We shared updates on Twitter (@disa_im) and contacted Google Play Dev support to address the issue. They were responsive, but the problem seems to be that they reviewed an outdated version ([redacted]) instead of the latest version ([redacted]) released this month. Version [redacted] includes the necessary adjustments to comply with API level 26's runtime permissions.

I am experiencing difficulties processing the payment for my subscription. Despite numerous calls for assistance, I have been unable to update my payment method successfully. While I managed to add another card, any attempt to rectify the payment problem results in an error message stating, "An error occurred while updating your payment method. Please try again later." This issue has persisted for three days. If not resolved soon, my subscription will be cancelled, leading to the loss of an alternative number I have maintained for over 6 months. This number is crucial as it is the authorized contact for my husband, who is currently incarcerated in a Federal Prison. My bank has verified that the payment was never attempted, and Sideline also confirms that the payment has not been submitted. It seems to be an internal problem with the Google site. Any assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, A. Long

I have experienced a similar situation in the past. Unknown purchases totaling £[redacted].72 were made on my Google Play account, causing a significant deduction from my bank balance. Despite my efforts to contact my bank, they explained the purchases were tied to my Google Play account, prompting me to reach out to Google Play for assistance. As a person struggling with mental health challenges that prevent me from working, I rely on ESA and PIPS benefits. The loss of this money is devastating as it leaves me unable to cover essential expenses like rent, electricity, and food for the next two weeks. The realization that the £[redacted].72 taken was my last bit of money left me in tears. I am currently seeking help to rectify this issue.

I recently received an email indicating that Google Play has been charging me for Google Music, but I am an Apple user with an iPhone. I used an Android briefly and used Amazon Music, never Google Music. I am puzzled by these recurring charges only now coming to light, and my email is linked to my Google account. I urgently need help as I am undergoing chemo and dialysis and cannot afford charges for a service I have not used. I appreciate your prompt response. Thank you, Cassandra Sent from my iPhone

I have been trying to resolve an issue with a $[redacted] Google Play card that I purchased. The redemption code is not working, and I have spent hours on the phone and online with customer service to no avail. I provided proof of purchase, pictures of the card, my credit card details, and proof of address, but the problem persists. Since the card was activated properly in the store, I am simply asking for the funds to be manually added to my Play account. I have always been a satisfied Google Play customer until now, and losing $[redacted] is a significant loss for me. I urgently need this matter resolved as the card was intended as a gift for my children.

I'm reaching out regarding accidental purchases on Google Play that were made on my credit card without my knowledge. Multiple transactions totaling $[redacted].92AUD appeared on my bank statement for upgrades in Clash of Clans. My children made these purchases without my consent. I'm kindly requesting a refund from Google for the following items and dates: Barrel of Gems and Pouch of Gems on June 16th ($30.99, $7.99), Barrel of Gems and Barrel of Gems on June 14th ($30.99, $30.99), Bucket of Gems and Barrel of Gems on June 13th ($14.99, $30.99), and Barrel of Gems and Bucket of Gems on June 12th ($30.99, $14.99). I acknowledge the error and assure you that they won't do this again. As this is a significant amount for us, I would appreciate your assistance. I've attempted a refund through the Play Store without success and hope to resolve this matter promptly. Please contact me via email for any necessary information. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Jenni G.; Phone: +61 [redacted]10

I accidentally made an in-app purchase in Design Home for a Trunk of Diamonds costing $99. Google Play refused to refund me and directed me to contact the game developer, Crowdstar, at [redacted] Despite communicating with both Google Play and Crowdstar, neither has processed my refund. I seek a refund of $99 for the unused purchase made on May 30. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

I've been playing a new mobile app with a gacha system featuring mystery boxes that can be purchased with premium in-game currency. This currency can be acquired through real money transactions for pulls to unveil rare items and characters. Despite an event guaranteeing a SSR (Specially Super Rare) character within [redacted] pulls, I ended up doing over [redacted] pulls without receiving the promised character. When I reached out to the developers via their Facebook page and dev email, I was informed they couldn't review individual account logs to address my concerns. It seemed contradictory as they had assisted another player in a similar situation by reviewing their account history. The developers avoided clarifying the potential bug in their promotion or their plans to resolve it. I'm disappointed by this experience with a mobile app I supported and enjoyed. I'm considering requesting a refund for my in-game purchases due to what I perceive as false advertising, even if it means facing consequences like account deletion or bans.

I noticed two unauthorized charges on my Google Play account dated 6/15/[redacted] for $49.99 each. Although I buy coins, I never make such large purchases. I haven't used the coins or played Solitaire TriPeaks. This situation is jeopardizing my team membership. Obtaining a refund is proving challenging, and it feels intentional. I would appreciate if the coins are removed, and a refund is processed to my bank card. I am distressed about this issue and tired of the lack of assistance. Please address this matter promptly by refunding the money for the purchases I did not make and reversing the coins.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with a Google Play card I purchased for *** dollars. The code keeps showing as unredeemable. I've reached out to customer service multiple times in the past few weeks, spending hours on the phone and chatting online without a solution. I provided proof of purchase, images of the card, the credit card used, and my address. I'm asking if the money from the card can be manually added to my Play account since the code isn't working, even though the card was activated correctly at the store. I've never had issues with Google Play before, but this situation has left me feeling like I've lost money I can't afford to lose. It's not just a small amount but my hard-earned cash intended for my kids' gift. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.

Hello, I'm having trouble changing my Google Play Store location. I'm aware of the rule that allows changing it once a year, but I haven't changed it yet, and I'm unable to do so now. I purchased my Oppo F7 in Kuala Lumpur and activated my Google Play account in English. Despite this, my location is erroneously listed as UK and Singapore. After returning to England, the apps worked correctly. However, since moving to Australia for a year, I'm unable to access any apps. I've attempted to adjust my location by navigating to My Account > Preferences > Country and Profiles, but even though I'm set as United Kingdom with the option to switch to the Singapore Play Store, I'm unable to select or make any changes. I would like my countries to be listed as United Kingdom and Australia, with the flexibility to switch stores depending on my location. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, K. Thompson

I need help with issues on Google Play related to gaming and fraudulent conduct. The problem arises when purchasing credits for games like "Slots Era" and "Scatter Slots" by Murka. After buying credits and starting to play, they slyly change your bet to the highest level without notifying you beforehand. I was surprised by Murka's behavior, and after contacting the Gaming Commission, I learned it's a pre-installed fraudulent tactic. I've reached out to Murka Support for a refund or to have my purchased credits restored. On 04/10-12, I was double charged, and my credits vanished due to their deceitful actions. I emphasized that only I should decide the bet amount. I feel the company operates from abroad and may not follow regulations in the United States.

In the game Last Shelter: Survival, I accidentally made a $[redacted] purchase and promptly requested a refund. However, the game penalized me by deducting [redacted],[redacted] diamonds from my account, equivalent to over $1,[redacted]. Despite reaching out to support, they insisted I needed to repurchase the pack and provide a screenshot for the diamonds to be returned. I followed their instructions, but they only offered to return 39,[redacted] diamonds instead of the full amount promised. I had worked tirelessly over months to accumulate those diamonds, and it feels unjust that they are withholding them over a $[redacted] refund. I have documentation of the entire ordeal, but I'm at a loss for what to do next as my gameplay experience has been greatly impacted.

Hello, I recently made two in-app purchases on "Game of Thrones: Conquest" with the expectation of receiving items over several days. However, I have not received all of the rewards. One purchase was for £99.99 and the other for £19.99 for the same item at a lower price. I have submitted support tickets, but have only received automated responses without a resolution. The reviews for the game reflect similar issues. I find it frustrating that the game charges high prices for in-game items and fails to deliver as promised. I am unsure of what steps to take next. Thank you.

Since January, I have noticed charges on my account from Google Play, which I am unsure about as I don't recall having an account with them. Recently, there have been more frequent and larger withdrawals, prompting me to contact my bank. After explaining the situation, they refunded the money. Upon investigation by the bank and Google Play, it seems the transactions were made from a different phone and email ID associated with my account, which I suspect my daughter may have used. I have discussed this with her, and she denies entering my card details. I am curious to know when my card details were added for these transactions and if Google Play stores card information for future payments without needing the physical card present. I would appreciate clarification on when my card details were added to your system.

I encountered an issue while attempting to make a purchase on Google Play for an in-game item in Mobile Legends. Initially, my credit card was declined, leading me to try the transaction 11 times within a short period. Believing it to be a mere bug, I did not check my bank account until six days later, only to find that all 11 transactions, totaling over $[redacted], had gone through despite the error messages. As Google Play does not provide a direct email contact and I find calling them a complex process without tangible proof from my end, I am hoping for a possible refund. Kindly reach out to me via email to facilitate further discussions. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought $10 worth of pokecoins for Pokemon Go. I got two receipts from Google, each showing a $10 purchase for Pokecoins. However, I only received $10 worth of pokecoins instead of the $20 I paid for. Niantic confirmed only one $10 transaction on their end. To sort this out, I request a $10 refund from Google Play or to have my Pokemon Go account credited with $10.
