I have been playing Empires and Puzzles for a couple of months under my Google Play account "naughtuok" and my email "[redacted]" One day, when I signed in, the game had reset to the beginning, causing me to lose my progress. I then created a new account, "naughtism," and spent around $[redacted] to progress quickly. After an update on May 9th, the game reverted back to the "naughtistic" account, and I can no longer access my "naughtism" account with the progress and money spent. I am requesting assistance in restoring my "naughtism" gameplay and removing the "naughtistic" account associated with my Google Play account. Alternatively, I would like a reimbursement for the money spent on the "naughtism" account. I am hesitant to spend more money on the game due to this issue occurring. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have noticed unauthorized charges on my bank account from Google Play between April 23rd and May 15th. The charges started with smaller amounts like £0.77p, happening every few minutes and then increased slowly. It was only when my bank account started decreasing rapidly that I realized the situation. After contacting the bank, I was shocked to learn that Google Play was responsible for these unauthorized charges. My young daughter, who uses apps like "Roblox" and "Tik Tok," unknowingly made these purchases, which escalated from small amounts to larger sums like £18.99 and £46.99 for coins. This situation is unacceptable, and I demand a full refund for the over £[redacted] charged to my account. I am frustrated and angry about this scam and urgently need to contact Google to resolve this matter.

I am experiencing an issue with a game I've been playing for several months - Raid Shadow Legends. Since Monday, May 6th, I have been unable to access the in-game shop. Despite reaching out to the game's support and submitting a ticket, I received a generic response that did not address my specific problem. I even tried seeking help on their official Discord channel with screenshots, but I was ignored. Reinstalling the game on different devices did not solve the issue, and I could only make purchases through a separate window that appeared on Saturday. My character has reached level 55, but I cannot claim the progress pack I bought. The game frequently freezes, requiring multiple retries before it resumes, even with a stable Wi-Fi connection. Due to these ongoing issues and lack of access to the game, I am now seeking a full refund.

I accidentally installed an app on Google Play two days ago. It was a mistake because it seemed complex, so I promptly uninstalled it the next day. However, $95.99 was deducted from my debit card, which I cannot afford. I work as a single mom at Burger King with a ten-year-old son. I attempted to request a refund through Google Play's website but was unsuccessful. A supposed Google expert is advising me to buy a $75 card from Walgreens or Walmart for a refund. Hello, I have Google Play on both my tablet and phone. In April, I discovered that my children had been unknowingly making purchases amounting to about $[redacted] using the 1-Tap purchase feature. Once I realized this, I promptly sought a refund and disabled the 1-Tap purchase on my tablet. Tonight, while I was in the shower, my 4-year-old son managed to access my unlocked phone and make a $99 purchase. Despite my phone being password-protected, the purchase went through. I immediately requested a refund, but it was denied twice. As a single mother of three on a tight budget, I can't afford $99 for a game my son won't even play. I'm deeply upset by this situation and plan to remove the 1-Tap purchase option from my phone as well. I kindly ask for your assistance in processing a refund.

I am having issues with PopSlots. I have spent over $[redacted] in the last ten days while playing at a higher bet, but I keep getting kicked off their new game. I lost over [redacted] million coins in one session due to low payouts. Even though gambling involves risks, I find it hard to believe I lost 8 billion coins in less than a week. When purchasing their packages with a wheel or treasure chest, I consistently receive the lowest amounts. It feels like they are unfairly taking away my coins. I would like to be compensated with 2 billion coins and have a fair chance of winning. It seems unjust and I believe PopSlots should be audited for their practices. I purchased a *** rs Google Play voucher from "Phone Pay," but the voucher code hasn't been sent to my phone yet. Additionally, the cash was debited from my bank account. I contacted "Phone Pay" customer service, and they mentioned that the issue is with "Google Play" and I have to wait for * days. However, I am concerned about my *** rs and why I need to wait due to technical problems. I signed up for a trial of the premium subscription on the Skillshare learning app through Google Play, but I was surprised to see it automatically convert into a paid annual subscription without my permission. After being charged Rs. [redacted], I promptly requested a refund and canceled the subscription. Although Google Play approved the refund, I received Rs. 0. Although my debit card was accepted initially, and I received the OTP, after entering it, a message appeared stating my card was not eligible for automatic renewal transactions. Despite this, the amount of $9.99 was deducted from my account. As my first payment was successful but the subscription was not, I am requesting a refund of the deducted amount. I recently upgraded to a new phone and ensured to back up my old phone before transferring data. However, upon setting up the new phone, I encountered issues with making calls and sending text messages, as the two-step verification process could not be completed. While trying to retrieve the necessary master codes from my Gmail account, I accidentally locked it and now face a 3-5 day waiting period for Google to assist with unlocking it. Given that my Gmail account is vital for my business and linked to numerous accounts, I urgently need a resolution sooner than the given timeframe.

I tried to refund some accidental purchases my nephew made about 3 days ago. Unfortunately, many were denied due to the time elapsed since the purchases. I waited to request the refunds because I tried to reach out to the developer first, but was unsuccessful. I was wondering if an exception could be made given the circumstances, but I understand if it cannot be done due to policies and procedures. Thank you for your time.

I recently discovered that my 6-year-old son made several unauthorized purchases on Cesar's Slots on my phone. Despite putting in a claim with ID#7[redacted]-[redacted], I haven't received any response which resulted in an overdraft in my bank account. This isn't the first time this has happened. Google has temporarily blocked in-game purchases, but it seems to get unblocked after a while. I suspect there are more purchases not yet reflected in the list. Hello, I recently signed up for a trial of an app with the understanding that I would only be charged a smaller monthly fee after the trial, not a full year's subscription upfront. A child at my place made numerous purchases on Google Play, mainly on the game "Hero Wars." After discovering the unauthorized expenses, I confronted the child who agreed to repay me. I later found out that "Hero Wars" was offering him a lower return than other users. Following discussions with the game, they admitted the discrepancy and advised me to seek a refund, which I did through PayPal. Despite allowing the child to continue playing without further purchases, more transactions occurred within a few weeks, prompting me to delete the game and request a refund from Google Play for the recent purchases, which was successful. I'm still waiting to hear from PayPal regarding the remaining refunds, as they directed me to contact Google for assistance. Although I acknowledge my oversight in leaving the tablet accessible for purchases, I believe a portion of the expenses from January to April should be refunded, and I would like half of the amount returned. The game has been disabled post refunds, and I haven't received any reimbursement for expenditures before April 19th. I regret the oversight and wish I had been alerted promptly to prevent this situation. I only discovered the email notifications on my secondary Gmail account after the fact, which is not regularly checked. I am experiencing an issue with the Tap4Fun game Invasion Modern Warfare. I purchased items during an Easter event to obtain a specific decoration that provides advantages in gameplay.
