Get my account back, after this failed tried to get a refund. (failed) ... I tried a new game and enjoyed it so i made a few purchases. That same day i had to do a factory reset and only then did i notice that i forgot to link my game account to a social media for back-up purposes. I contacted support and gave them the order numbers for the purchases so they can locate the account. They said it was impossible without the account name or number which i did not have*remember. I then asked for a refund on the purchases and they said the same thing. I have screen shots of the messages and can supply it if you give me an email address to send to. They were * purchases of about *-* USD each. Not a lot but the fact that they can't find an account on which money was spent on even though they were given the order numbers is fishy to say the least.
They can't find the account with the purchase confirmation number and can't get a refund without the account name.
By now i really don't care, just want to get the voice out to let people know that at least with seven knights from Netmarble there is this issue so either make sure you link your account to it as soon as you start (even if you're just trying it out) or write down all information, since in a factory reset all information is lost.
I've played various games and only have issues with the real shady ones, only problem is you can't tell them apart until you have an issue like this. Only then do you realize their customer support is more like put your customers into an endless loop until they give up. By issues i do mean things like purchases going through but purchased goods not arriving, delay in customer service of over ** hours. in this case however customer service replies within ** hours usually, but their management of the game leaves a lot to be desired.
contacted google play support and they couldn't do anything, something about not meeting the requirements. Wish google would label these developers with a huge tag so you know what you're getting into.
