Three days ago, I purchased a $50 Google Play gift card which I have now redeemed. Unfortunately, I am unable to use it in India. I had planned to use this for domain registration but have not been successful. Despite my attempts to contact the Play Store in the past few days, I have not received any response. As a student, $50 or 3400Rs is a significant amount for me. I am disappointed in Google for having policies that go against customer preferences. I used to hold a positive opinion about Google, but now I feel deceived. I request a refund for the unused card. If not, I have taken screenshots and will consider taking legal action, even though I cannot afford a case. This situation is causing me a lot of stress, and my mother is upset with me.

Last night, on April 21, [redacted], I encountered an issue while trying to purchase an AKM skin in PUBG Mobile. Despite having [redacted] UC in my account, I experienced a network glitch that prevented me from buying the skin initially. Consequently, I decided to purchase [redacted] UC and successfully acquired the AKM skin. However, upon checking my account balance, I realized that the UC amount was lower than expected. I received an email notifying me about two AKM skin purchases, although I only intended to buy one. Moreover, the Lucky Shop's stated rule of one purchase per item per account adds to my confusion regarding the unexpected duplicate purchase. This situation has left me unable to acquire the additional gun skin I desired. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Yesterday I opened my PUBG Mobile app and saw an offer in the Lucky Store for an AKM skin priced at [redacted] UC for a permanent purchase. I was thrilled and clicked on it to buy, but the purchase failed. Thinking it was a technical issue, I then noticed another gun skin for the AUG selling for [redacted]-[redacted] UC. I decided to buy both skins, purchasing [redacted] UC. When I tried to buy the AKM skin again, it went through successfully. However, I was surprised to receive two of the same AKM gun skin via in-game mail and found that [redacted] UC was deducted from my account. The Lucky Shop rules state each item can only be bought once per account, so I'm confused by this situation. I hope this explanation clarifies the issue. Please respond promptly. My game ID is [redacted], and my name is Sumanjeet.

Hello, I am reaching out to address an issue with multiple purchases, specifically seven of them, that did not meet my expectations. While playing Sword of Chaos, I made purchases for diamonds. The packages promised extra free diamonds with the first purchase. For instance, there was a $10 package with [redacted] extra diamonds for the initial purchase. However, after buying it, I did not receive the additional diamonds indicated on the package. Subsequently, I faced technical difficulties that led me to factory reset my phone, resulting in the accidental deletion of the Sword of Chaos game. This hindered my ability to address the diamond refund immediately. Upon finally restoring my account and contacting the developer regarding the refund, I was informed that they were unable to assist and suggested reaching out to Google for a refund. I kindly request a refund for the seven individual diamond purchases. I am willing to provide screenshots of the transactions as evidence if necessary, as I am unable to attach them here. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, L. Walters

I recently tried out a new game and really enjoyed it, so I made a few in-game purchases. Unfortunately, on the same day, I had to factory reset my device and realized I forgot to link my game account to any social media for backup. When I contacted customer support and provided them with the order numbers for the purchases, they mentioned they couldn't locate the account without the account name or number, which I didn't have or remember. I requested a refund for the purchases and they reiterated the need for the account details. I have screenshots of the conversation and can share them if you provide me with an email address. The purchases were small, around 2-3 USD each, but I find it concerning that they couldn't identify the account despite having the order numbers.

I have been playing "Army Men Strike" since June [redacted] and have spent just over $[redacted] on in-game purchases. It has come to my attention that the game developer, VolcanoGames, both current and previous, has been allowing Chinese players to purchase in-game packs at a significant discount, giving them an unfair advantage in the game. This practice is particularly troubling given Volcano Games' partnership with Huawei, a company flagged as a national security threat. Additionally, Chinese players receive exclusive benefits not available to players in the United States, creating an unlevel playing field. The game also permits offensive content, such as explicit avatar pictures and profane account names. Furthermore, after purchasing in-game packs during events, the developers admitted to incorrect probability percentages and never refunded the misled players. I have documented evidence of these unethical practices and am seeking a full refund for my purchases. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have noticed that both Botim and C'me, the video call apps approved by the UAE government, have been causing severe overheating and battery draining issues on my phone even when not in use. Other video call apps like Skype, Facebook, and WhatsApp do not exhibit this problem, only slightly warming the device even with screen on or using fast charging. Various forums have also highlighted this concerning behavior with Botim and C'me. I kindly request an investigation into the matter to address these issues promptly. It is essential to either rectify these problems or consider removing these apps to prevent any further damage or risks. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have been actively playing Rise of Kingdoms for approximately six months, investing heavily in the game. Recently, I encountered an issue where I accidentally deleted all the troops I had trained over those six months. Despite reaching out to the game developers and highlighting the flaw that led to this mistake, I have received no solution or assistance. Their response was disappointing, stating that nothing can be done to rectify the situation. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer support provided in resolving this matter. I believe I have been unfairly affected by a flaw within the game, resulting in the loss of significant in-game assets. I hope that the developers can address this issue by offering some form of compensation that would allow me to rebuild the troops I have lost.

I believe my credit card information unintentionally ended up on my girlfriend's gmail account. This might have occurred when I used her computer to pay a parking ticket. In December, my girlfriend's child subscribed to FACEME, leading to unauthorized charges of $29.99 on January 3, [redacted], February 3, [redacted], March 3, [redacted], and April 3, [redacted]. I did not approve these transactions and wasn't aware of them until April 3, [redacted], when my girlfriend mentioned she received receipts for GOOGLE FACEME, using a card number that wasn't hers. These receipts landed in her junk email, making it challenging to notice. After spotting these charges in my banking app, totaling $[redacted].96 over four months, I removed my card from her gmail account. I have disputed these transactions twice but received responses indicating a lack of proof of fraud. Just because my card was used on her account doesn't mean I sanctioned it. I've been unsuccessful in reaching a customer representative. Her email is [redacted], which received the receipts with my card details, while mine is [redacted] Please contact me via email or at [redacted] if necessary.

I have invested a significant amount of money into making purchases for upgrades, gear, and armor upgrade materials in the game Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire. These purchases have helped me progress to nearly the highest level and become one of the strongest players in the game. Unfortunately, the developers recently released new content that rendered all of my previous purchases worthless. Now, I am required to spend more money to progress, and they have reset everyone's progress. This feels unfair as all the money I spent seems to have gone to waste. I am hoping for a refund for the purchases I have made as you can verify from my purchase history that I have made substantial investments in the game.

I recently purchased 3 SGD $[redacted] Google Play gift cards for Rise of Kingdoms: Lost Crusade, each promising a reward of 33,[redacted] gems with a total value of SGD $[redacted]. Despite redeeming the rewards, I did not receive them. After contacting the developer, they informed me that I had reached the maximum redemption limit for my game account. I requested to transfer the rewards to my other accounts but was denied. The developer advised me to contact Google Pay support, who, in turn, directed me back to the developer for assistance. However, the developer declined to help further. Subsequently, I requested a refund of approximately SGD $[redacted], the value of the unreceived rewards. Unfortunately, only a refund of around SGD $68 was processed, leaving the rest denied. I simply seek to receive the promised rewards. Thank you for your assistance.

My name is Susan B. and I have recently submitted a claim regarding unauthorized transactions on my debit card (ID# 8[redacted] [redacted]). Due to poor internet and cell phone connectivity in my area, I was unable to catch these sooner. Additionally, I experienced a house fire and was without a computer for several months, making it challenging to address issues requiring internet access. Despite the significant fraudulent activity, totaling nearly $5,[redacted] in unauthorized iTunes charges that have already been refunded, I want to emphasize that I did not authorize any of these transactions. I appreciate your attention to this matter. If needed, you can reach out to Karen B. at First Southern National Bank ([redacted]) for further assistance. Thank you, Susan B.

I have made multiple in-game purchases in Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire developed by Machine Zone, also known as MZ. On April 20, [redacted], MZ abruptly reset the game without any explanation, resulting in the loss of all the content I had acquired through purchases and gameplay. This sudden action deprived me, along with many others, of what was rightfully obtained. I invested a significant amount of money in the game, and due to MZ's decision to reset it, I have lost all the value of those purchases. As a result, the game now holds no worth for me, regardless of the funds I put into it. I am requesting a refund for all the money I have spent on this game. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was charged by Google for an app I never heard of or downloaded. I disputed the charge but received no response. They then claimed there were no issues. I have removed my card info but now fear dealing with Google. I can't trust a company that won't help resolve this. They tried to charge my account five more times after the initial charge until I stopped them. I need answers from Google or will look for help elsewhere.

Please remove the "Pray The Gay Away" app. Microsoft, Amazon, and Apple swiftly removed it after being notified by Truth Wins Out. It violates anti-discrimination and anti-hate speech policies. Your lack of action is troubling. Google, enforcing your policies is crucial. Senior executives are aware of this issue. Your inaction enables homophobic bigotry, contradicting your own policies and tarnishing your reputation. Remember when your motto was "Don’t be Evil"? Continuing to host hate speech undermines this. We refuse to be labeled as diseased or animals. Prepare for protests if you persist in hosting this app.

I have made numerous purchases to enhance my progress in the app called Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire developed by Machine Zone, also known as MZ. On April 20th, [redacted], MZ reset the game abruptly, resulting in the loss of all my purchases and progress without any explanation. This action by MZ has left the game valueless, making me lose all the money I invested. I request a refund for all the funds spent on the app due to these circumstances. I am currently in contact with a Class Action Attorney and preparing to take legal action against Google, Google Play, and Machine Zone (MZ) for their actions of resetting the game and not offering refunds or exchanges. I urge you to guide me on how to proceed with filing a formal complaint or lawsuit regarding purchases made through Google and Google Play.

I have made numerous purchases to enhance my gameplay in the app Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire created by Machine Zone, also known as MZ. On April 20th, [redacted], MZ unexpectedly reset the game, resulting in the loss of all my acquired items and purchases. This action, without explanation or a chance for a refund or exchange, has left me feeling that my hard-earned money was essentially taken from me. I am seeking a full refund for all the expenses I have incurred in the game. Following their denial of my request, I am now preparing to engage in a class action lawsuit against Google, Google Play, and Machine Zone, for resetting the game without offering a refund or exchange. I am already in touch with a Class Action Attorney to initiate this process. I have made many purchases to progress in Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire, an app created by Machine Zone aka MZ. On April 20th, [redacted], the game was reset by MZ, causing me to lose all my investments without any recourse for reimbursement or replacement. This has rendered the game valueless despite my spending, and I am requesting a refund for all my transactions in the game. If necessary, please advise on the procedure for filing a formal complaint or lawsuit against Google and Google Play for these purchases.

My son spent £[redacted] on the game "Idle Supermarket" buying 14,[redacted] gems. I contacted Codi Games, who requested a screenshot of the receipt. I am requesting a refund for money I spent on the game "Rise of Kingdoms" by the developer Lilith. Recently, it has come to light that some players are receiving unfair advantages and free content directly from the developers, while the rest of us are required to continually spend money to compete. This unethical behavior has created a lopsided and unjust gaming experience where no amount of money spent can level the playing field against these privileged players. I, along with many others, feel cheated by this company and am looking to get a refund for my purchases. My name is Yean, and I am from Malaysia. I urge for assistance in refunding my money and permanently deleting this game from my account.
