Before my mother was hospitalized and moved to a nursing home, I used her debit card to subscribe to an application intended for her use since I couldn't use mine. Amid all the chaos with my mom's situation, I forgot to cancel the subscription. Recently, her card was charged $[redacted]. Given that she now needs the funds for her nursing facility stay, I've tried contacting Google and the developer for a refund without success. Despite following the process in my account, order history, and attempting to request a refund, I've encountered a dead-end without the option to proceed further. The card in question ends in [redacted].

I recently purchased a Google Play card, but unfortunately, when I peeled off the label to reveal the code, it came off with it, rendering the card useless. I tried contacting Google at 1-[redacted] to request a refund for the $[redacted] card, but they declined to assist me. It's disappointing that they are unwilling to refund the money even when it's evident that the card has not been used. This situation has caused me to view Google's customer service in a negative light. I originally bought the card as a gift for my grandchild, but now I'm left empty-handed. It's frustrating that Google is not cooperating to resolve this issue promptly. This experience has made me reconsider purchasing Google products in the future.

I noticed that I was billed twice on three different occasions, totaling $30 instead of the intended $15. I reached out to the company through email, but they have not been helpful despite my loyalty as one of their top customers. As a long-time supporter of Google, I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I have all the necessary documentation to prove the overcharges, and I believe this should be a straightforward issue to resolve. Can someone please assist me with this matter?

I was charged £59.99 on the 2nd of April [redacted] for an app I no longer want. I have not used Google Play in months and do not plan to continue if I keep getting unexpected charges like this. Although I initially downloaded the app, I tried to cancel it months ago within the app, but there was no option to unsubscribe. I assumed it was a one-time payment, not a yearly subscription due to the lack of cancellation options. It is disappointing that there was no clear way to cancel the subscription within the app, leading me to believe it was a one-time purchase. I kindly request a refund for this unauthorized charge. My account activity will show that the app has not been used. As a student, I cannot afford to lose this much money for something I did not authorize. Please assist me with this issue. You can also contact me via email at [redacted].

I have a secondary line on my T-Mobile account, phone number [redacted], that has been inactive for a year. However, I am continuously being charged twice a month for Google Music on this number even though the service has been discontinued. I have attempted to cancel multiple times but am unable to access the necessary email account from the iPhone associated with the number. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to seek legal action as I have evidence of my previous requests being ignored for over a year. I want Google Music removed from the mentioned number immediately to avoid further complications.

I received an email regarding a loan offer and believed it to be legitimate. I contacted the provided phone number and spoke with an adviser who seemed sincere. They instructed me to purchase £50 of Google Play cards for insurance to secure the loan. After complying, they then requested an additional £[redacted] due to bad credit, promising it would be returned with the loan. I reported this to the fraud police. I have received a similar email but did not respond. Is there a way to retrieve my money? I have the receipts and the Google Play card numbers saved.

I recently purchased 2 Google Play cards with my girlfriend, a common occurrence for us. We usually use them for in-app purchases on an Android game we enjoy. This time around, we spent $40 on the cards and used one to make an in-app purchase for $19.99. However, there seems to be an issue as my girlfriend was charged an additional $1.25 on top of the $19.99, while my transaction went through smoothly. Any insights on why this discrepancy occurred would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I noticed a charge of $14.99 on my account for a Tinder Plus subscription today. My account was low on funds before, and the previous charge from Tinder was declined. I assumed the subscription would be canceled. Surprisingly, as soon as I added money to my account, Tinder automatically charged me. A family member kindly sent me $20 to assist me, but $15 of it was taken by Tinder. Would it be possible for me to get a refund for the $14.99, please?

Hello team at Google Pay, I recently fell victim to fraud after transferring Rs20,[redacted] via Google Pay to an individual on Instagram who promised to sell me a product. Unfortunately, the Instagram account has been deactivated, leaving me with only the bank account details of the recipient to pursue legal action. The fraudster seems to have disappeared with the money. This significant sum is not something I can overlook. I seek guidance on how to proceed with filing a report against the bank account involved, as I possess all the necessary details. I am eager to discuss this matter further over a phone call to explore avenues for tracking down the culprit and recovering the funds. Your assistance in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, I purchased a one-year subscription for Life [redacted], but it wasn't working. I checked my bank account through my phone, and the purchase hadn't posted yet, so I bought it again assuming I made a mistake the first time. Within an hour, both purchases showed up on my bank statement. I contacted Life [redacted] several times yesterday, explaining my error and asking for a refund for one as I couldn't afford both due to being disabled. My bank balance is limited and mostly allocated to bills. They haven't responded, and I'm concerned about overdrafting. Now, it's the 3rd of the month, and I have no money for food or overdraft fees. I'd like to cancel both purchases, get refunded for both, and use that money for the overdraft and food. If that's not possible, I'd settle for one refund or half refunded for the other, and both accounts deactivated.

I noticed that the name linked to my Google Play account is not correct. Even though all my other Google services show my information accurately, the name displayed in the Google Play Store preferences and in related emails is incorrect. I am unable to figure out how to update this. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I signed up for a free 7-day trial of Robokiller that was supposed to end on April 7. Unfortunately, I deleted the app without canceling the subscription. I noticed on April 8 that a payment was deducted from my Paypal account. I promptly unsubscribed but have been unable to successfully request a refund using the link provided. I am facing health issues and cannot afford this payment. I kindly request a refund.

Living in France as a native English speaker has led me to watch movies in English. However, Google Play defaults to French due to my location. To work around this, I buy DVDs with multiple soundtracks. Yet, finding DVDs is getting harder with limited choices. Google Play should allow filtering rental and purchase options based on the customer's preferred language rather than their country’s language.

My app 'Slumpa' got removed from Google Play for a policy violation. The problem mentioned is the Violation of Usage of Android Advertising ID policy and section 4.8 of the Developer Distribution Agreement. Although I removed all advertising from the app in the latest version, it's still taken down. I'm unsure how to fix this. I'm hoping to receive an email from a real person rather than an automated response. Thank you.

Hello, I am Teri Ehu. Recently, my son subscribed to the X Photo Editor - Cartoon Effect & Fashion Makeup without my knowledge. The 3-day trial ended, and I discovered a pending authorization charge of $[redacted].99. I have since unsubscribed but am worried this payment may still go through. I kindly request to stop the transaction as I am unable to cover this unexpected cost at the moment. I have other essential bills to attend to this week. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Teri Ehu.

This morning, I noticed a charge of 79.99 for a yearly subscription to an app that my 4-year-old accidentally ordered on my phone. I thought I had canceled it previously. Quickly, I contacted Google Play within 20 minutes to request a refund. I first received an email stating that according to Google Play's refund policy, no refund would be issued, but then, 20 minutes later, I received another email saying a refund would be processed. This conflicting information has left me feeling uncertain about whether I will actually get a refund. I am quite worried since this unexpected charge of $79 has significantly affected my finances.

Hello, I hope you are well. I am reaching out because I recently purchased two $50 Google Play cards from Walmart. Upon trying to redeem them on my phone, I discovered that the codes had already been used. I have not shared the codes with anyone, and I have the receipt from the purchase. I visited the store where I bought the cards, and they advised me to contact you for assistance. I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue promptly as I need it urgently. Thank you.

I am seeking a refund from Star Trek Fleet Command, which is operated by Scopley. I believe they have been dishonest about their products, have numerous technical issues, lack professionalism in customer service, and host inappropriate behavior. I find the game to be poorly managed with incidents of racism, sexism, and harassment going unchecked. The gaming experience has been tarnished by instances like a friend being called derogatory names and false claims being spread about her. Despite my significant investment, I have not been able to address these issues effectively. It seems that only high-spending players receive better treatment, even if they engage in bullying and inappropriate behavior. I joined to enjoy the game, not to witness such misconduct and financial losses. I have heard others have successfully received refunds and hope to resolve this issue with your assistance.
