I downloaded RCT Classic a while ago. Today, when I tried to open the app, it displayed a message saying: "Checking purchase and resources" followed by "Failed" and wouldn't load. I have restarted my phone several times, but the issue persists on both Wi-Fi and 4G connections. I attempted to contact the developer using the email provided on the game's Google Play page, but Gmail notified me that the email address was incorrect. I also tried to request a refund through Google Play, but the request was denied. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue or obtaining a refund. Thank you!

I recently reviewed my bank statement and noticed a charge of £78.99 from your company. I do not use Google Play myself, but my grandson had my phone recently, so that might be the reason for this charge. Could you please clarify what these charges are for? Yesterday, I made a purchase in the game I play through the Google Play Store. However, the developers of the game entered my game later the same day and removed the contents I had paid for in the package I bought. They claimed it was an error and that the package was not supposed to be sold. I had paid $[redacted] for these contents, and they left me with nothing, just an email explaining the mistake and the removal of the items. They stated it was to maintain balance in the game, but I feel this is unfair. I seek assistance in getting a refund for this purchase. Hello, my name is Tim. I am requesting a full refund for all in-game purchases made on Guns Of Glory (FunPlus) within the last 30 days. There are several reasons for my request: 1) The advertisements that initially attracted me to the game are misleading and do not accurately represent the gameplay, essentially leading players under false pretenses. 2) The game is riddled with bugs and glitches, and the customer service is lacking, providing only generic responses to inquiries. 3) The purchase bundles are deceptive, lacking transparency in their contents and pricing, resulting in higher costs than advertised. This misleading practice is unacceptable. 4) Some purchases were made by my underage child without my authorization. 5) The game features misleading marketing, with fake 5-star ratings while actual player feedback on social media platforms indicates widespread dissatisfaction.

I have been playing Marvel Contest of Champions for about four years now. In the past 6 months to a year, I have invested a significant amount of money in the game to strengthen my account. Recently, Kabam games made statements indicating that the in-game offers and bundles I purchased are now essentially worthless due to changes they have implemented. I feel cheated and deceived by their actions, which seem like a bait-and-switch tactic. The company's questionable ethics and shady business practices are truly disappointing. I have spent money to acquire specific items and champions, only to have their functionality drastically altered, rendering my investments useless in the game's end-game content. I am considering quitting the game due to this dissatisfaction. Before I make that decision, I would like to explore if there is any possibility of getting a refund for the money I have spent on the game. I feel frustrated that not only have I dedicated time but also real money to something that has now become unusable.

I am experiencing an issue with an application on the Play Store called "Utopia: Origin - Play Your Way." Numerous individuals have been banned recently for reasons that appear suspicious. Despite our efforts to appeal, we only receive vague responses via email alleging wrongdoing without specifying the exact infractions. How can someone be penalized without clear evidence of a violation? We have repeatedly requested details on our supposed violation and proof from the app, but they have failed to provide any. We are uncertain about who to contact, but given that this app is available on the Play Store, I believe action should be taken. I have recently discovered that my stepson has been unknowingly making numerous in-app purchases on games on my phone and tablet due to his severe learning difficulties. Despite blocking his access now, he has made multiple purchases over the last six months. He is only 6 years old and has autism, so he does not understand that he is using real money to buy virtual items while playing these games, like "Age of Magic" with approximately 12 purchases and more recently "Rise of Civilizations" with around 13 purchases. I tried contacting Google for refunds, but the automated system rejected my requests for these particular games. I have managed to get refunds for other games, but these two have accumulated a significant number of purchases. I am willing to provide documentation of his condition to prove his lack of awareness in making these purchases. It is crucial for me to have these charges refunded as I am dealing with financial challenges, especially with a new baby on the way.

We kindly request an end to this unnecessary process. 2. After thoroughly reviewing our app, we are confident that there are no exposed AWS details. If you have identified any irregularities, please specify the class name or exact location requiring attention, and we will promptly address it. While two experienced developers have conducted a search without finding any problems, we acknowledge the possibility of overlooking something. We believe there is no exposure of AWS details. Hello, I attempted to add $25 to my PayPal account using a Google Play card. I spoke with a representative who claimed to be from India or overseas, stating that purchasing a Google Play card would allow me to add money to my PayPal account. However, the female representative could not add the money after I provided the card code. She then transferred me to a male specialist who requested an additional $[redacted] to resolve the issue of multiple locations accessing my account. When I realized it was a scam, I disconnected the call. I am disappointed that I could not receive a refund of the $25. There are scammers using fake phone numbers and misleading information to trick PayPal customers into buying Google Play cards to steal their money. I am seeking a refund of $25 in this regard.

In February 9 through 12, unauthorized charges totaling $[redacted] were made. Google Play has refunded $[redacted].77, but the full amount taken has not been returned. Despite efforts to contact Google and submitting bank statements showing the charges, no resolution has been reached. An additional $[redacted] refund was promised but has not been received. I'm searching for specific apps like games, but when I check the "related to this app" section, I only find unrelated apps. For instance, I'm trying to find a drifting game, but I see War Robots listed as related, which is confusing. This happens with all games, making it hard to find what I want. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly. For example, when I want to find a game similar to EVE Online - sandbox, open free-roam, simulation, space combat/trading/mining, MMO - I can't search for it directly as the search function doesn't recognize these parameters. It took me two weeks to discover Vendetta after trying over twenty games that didn't match their descriptions.

I would like the Hangout app removed from my phone and email. I have been receiving inappropriate messages that I find disturbing. It seems to have been on my phone for about two months, although I never used it before then. I changed my phone number, but it did not stop the messages from coming through. I am concerned about the content being sent to me, as it is not something I want to see or be associated with. I have tried to find a way to disable or uninstall the app without success. I recently bought a game card and completed the verification process over the phone, providing my name, order number, and phone number. Despite this, I keep receiving requests to verify it again. I was charged $99.99 by your company on February 4th without my approval. After reclaiming the money through my card company on February 6th, I assumed the issue was resolved. However, on March 12th, the same amount was deducted from my card once more. My bank stated the refund was temporary and is now re-paying your bank. I am unaware of the charge's purpose and if I had utilized it, you could confirm through my account activity. Shouldn't I be refunded even if unintentionally accessed, and only partially returned if contacted promptly the following day? Despite engaging with games for years, this is my first encounter with payment concerns. I feel falsely accused of seeking reimbursement deceitfully and find the situation distressing and unsettling.

On March 12th and 13th, I made several in-app purchases for Last Shelter: Survival in order to compete in an event promising great rewards for the top player. Despite finishing first, I did not receive any rewards. After contacting customer support, I was informed that the rewards were not given due to undisclosed technical issues. The support representative acknowledged the oversight but mentioned they could not provide refunds and advised me to reach out to Google Play instead. I believe the event was poorly advertised with hidden details, which led me to spend more than usual to win, only to receive nothing in return.
