YouTube will not work, neither app or browser. A prompt saying Google play services is required for YouTube, and my android device is not supported by Google play services. **From there, I went to Google play to get Google play services. I downloaded, and installed Google play services.. Or so I thought. I could still not access YouTube, and the same prompt about play services came up. **I restarted the device, same thing. I have gone through so many help and trouble shooting options that aren't applicable. I called the Google play help line, and was routed around to a recording telling me to go to the same help pages that I've already been through. That's it, no option of talking to a live tech support..."thanks for calling"**I'm typing on behalf of my mother. Who at the moment, thinks she is going to have to buy a whole new device just to watch YouTube.. Is that the kind of impression google wants to make to their senior customers and user base?**I know there is a simple solution to this problem, but access to solutions through Google are never simple.
