I made several purchases without linking my account, so I requested refunds for all items. Most were approved except for one $48 purchase. I would like to request a refund for this purchase as well, so I can buy it again on my linked account.

On October 17, [redacted], $59.99 was charged to my debit card without authorization. Subsequently, on November 13, [redacted], two unauthorized charges of $9.99 each were made. Despite submitting a refund claim to Google, I have not received any reimbursement or response. More unauthorized charges continue, with $40 deducted on January 9, [redacted], and a pending charge of $9.99 on January 10, [redacted]. This recurring issue with unauthorized billing by Google is frustrating. I am disappointed as I haven't received any notifications or explanations for these charges. Multiple attempts to request refunds have been ignored. This has led me to consider terminating my relationship with Google. This ongoing problem has happened three times in the past year. Past attempts to resolve unauthorized charges with Google have not been successful. Moving forward, I am planning to remove my debit card as a payment method. Timely refunds for these unauthorized charges are expected.

My email is being hacked, and I am attempting to forward software to devices to combat the issue. However, the Play Store is not allowing the installation, redirecting me to Play Services which I do not use. My phone is being compromised under a business account, and unauthorized software is being downloaded. I am unable to contact the necessary individuals due to the email redirection. Authorities have been notified, and Microsoft has been contacted, but emails are not going through. Please call me at [redacted] as my phone is also being redirected. I am seeking legal action against those responsible for hacking into my accounts and violating my privacy. Thank you. - K.Y.

Hello, I'm contacting you regarding an issue with a transaction I made on January 2, [redacted], for $38.99. I attempted the purchase initially, and it showed as failed, so I tried again, which was successful. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement recently, I noticed that I was charged twice for the same purchase. I have followed the steps advised by the help desk, Pubg Mobile in-game customer service, and Google Play Store for a refund. Unfortunately, Google Play Store mentioned they couldn't refund me due to policy reasons, and advised me to reach out to the game developers for assistance. I have attached screenshots of my Google Play order page and my credit card statement showing the double charge. I have been trying to get in touch with Pubg Mobile in-game customer service for a resolution, but have not received a response in four days. I would appreciate your prompt attention to resolve this matter and credit my account with the [redacted] UC I am owed. Thank you for your assistance, Anil

I want to report a theft from my account. My husband's phone was stolen, and since he doesn't have his own Gmail account, I used mine to set up his phone. On Sunday, 1/13, the thief hacked into my Gmail account, and even though I changed my password at 4am after receiving an alert, it was too late. The password had already been changed at 1:20am, and World of Poker was ordered twice through my husband's phone. This is unusual as there has never been an order from that device before, especially after a password change. I've contacted the New Orleans Police Dept. (#A-[redacted]-19) and my credit card company. I would appreciate if you could cooperate with the police to track where the purchased items were sent, as they did not go to my phone as usual. A more thorough investigation is necessary as I did not make these purchases. I request the return of my account balance, collaboration with the NOPD, and an apology for the inadequate investigation. Thank you for your assistance. - K.K. [redacted]

My 12-year-old son has a Gmail account for school and games on his tablet. Unintended purchases were made with stored credit card details, prompting me to remove them in mid-October. Despite not re-adding any payment methods, my son managed to make multiple unauthorized transactions totaling over [redacted].79 CAD by January 21st. He made similar purchases before using another card ending in [redacted]. I need Google's assistance to investigate if my son deleted payment methods on January 21st between 17:00 and 20:00 PST. I need to understand these activities and prevent any future occurrences. The transactions were mainly for the games Brawl Stars and Clash of Clans. Any help to recover the funds and prevent further unauthorized charges is greatly appreciated.

I bought Bohemian Rhapsody yesterday (1/22) via Google Play on my Galaxy S9. Normally, I can watch Google Play rentals/purchases on my LG Smart TV. But after purchasing the movie and trying to play it on my TV, I received an error message (Error code: 50) preventing me from watching even the trailer. Oddly, I can watch my other Google Play movies on my TV without any problem; it's just Bohemian Rhapsody that won't play. Interestingly, if I start the movie on my phone and then try to resume watching on my TV, it does remember where I left off, but the same error message appears. I've searched online for hours but haven't found a solution or information related to error code 50. I prefer to watch on my TV but haven't been able to resolve this issue on my own despite my best efforts.

Someone has unauthorized access to my Gmail account, which contains my important personal information and saved downloads. This individual has been using my account for illegal activities, which is very concerning. I am worried about identity theft, as they have access to essential documents. I have sought help from the police but haven't received much assistance. I recently changed my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted] due to my phone being stolen, making it harder for me to recover my account. I urgently need help to regain control of my account to prevent further misuse. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I may have to resort to legal action. Thank you for your attention to this pressing issue. Regards, Jaydn Woodbridge

I called [redacted] this morning regarding the monthly charges for services on my late husband's bank account. He had Netflix movies sent to our home and Netflix streaming through Google Play. Although November's charges were resolved with Google Play, I am now being billed for January. When I called Google Play today, the representative was unhelpful and refused to refund the charge. Despite my requests to speak to a supervisor, I was denied and told the only contact option was via email, using my deceased husband's account email. Understandably upset, I expressed my frustration to the representative, named Mike, and asked for further details, but he provided none. The lack of transparency and empathy in such a difficult situation only added to my distress.

Hello, Earlier today, I received a call from an individual claiming to be from the IRS, threatening legal action unless I paid them immediately. Feeling panicked, I complied as they instructed me to purchase two $[redacted] Google Play cards and provide them with the codes. Unfortunately, $[redacted] was deducted from my account which I now realize was a scam. I still have the unused cards and suspect they were quickly utilized by the scammer. I would never typically purchase such high amounts of Google Play cards nor provide the codes right away. I acknowledge my mistake and am seeking guidance on how to recover the lost funds. The caller's number was [redacted], a known scam line. If there is any assistance you can offer in this matter, I would greatly appreciate it. Best, M.S.

Good morning, I am Noriel T. I recently relocated to San Francisco and began a job at a hotel. On February 6, I received an email from someone claiming to be my General Manager, asking me to buy Google Play Gift cards worth $[redacted] for Valentine's Day gifts. After realizing it was a scam, I tried to contact customer support with no success. I provided the purchased gift cards and receipt. I do not need the cards as I do not use Google Play. I would like a refund and hope to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Noriel T.

Hello, I have found the content on your website to be quite comprehensive and beneficial, and I appreciate that. I am writing to share my recent experience: On January 31, [redacted], I downloaded and subscribed to the Ultimate Guitar Pro app on my Android phone. I opted for a 7-day free trial, after which a charge of €19.99 would apply. Despite clear information stating I could cancel at any point during the trial without incurring charges, I attempted to cancel before February 7th. Unfortunately, on February 6th, the app already charged €19.99 to my account, one day before the trial was set to end. Upon disputing the charge and requesting a refund, Google Play Support informed me that the app was free and no refund was necessary. Despite providing evidence of the charge from my bank statement and Google Play Account, my follow-up emails were met with unhelpful automated responses. As I struggle financially as a student, I urgently need this €20 refunded and seek your prompt assistance. Thank you.

I have had the email account [redacted] for about 12 years. My phone, previously connected with Sprint through my ex's account, was turned off. Recently, Google updated and now I cannot log in as the number associated with it has been reassigned. I did not have backup codes saved at that time and have tried all other options. I need the old phone number removed to recover my account where I have important work documents, tax info, and payment details stored, along with purchased games for my upset 4-year-old. Please assist me in this matter as I cannot remember all the details I set up when creating the account. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with my Google Playstore accounts. For the past two weeks, my Gmail account was blocked, leading me to use gmail.html. Currently, my Google account, which links to my YouTube channels (thebubblytipsy mermaid and followthisfish), has been blocked. These YouTube channels were set up by Google as brand accounts without my permission and now have a separate login that Google has also blocked. Google's actions have disrupted my access to my social media accounts, all of which are legally copyrighted and patented by me. If you do not assist in unblocking my YouTube channels, I will pursue further action. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Dar-mar pirs.

I downloaded the app and purchased a monthly subscription to test it out. I planned to cancel after one month if it didn't meet my needs. With one day left in my subscription, I tried to cancel before being charged for the next month, only to discover that I had already been charged before the first month ended. I have screenshots as proof and contacted the developers via email but have not received a response. How can I go about getting a refund for the unauthorized charge?

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my BDO debit card from Google, labeled as "POS W/D SV GOOGLE (E g.co/helppay# MC GBR [redacted]37)". This transaction was made on February 11, [redacted], even though I did not make any online purchases or swipe my card. I am concerned about how this could occur with a future date and without me using my debit card. The amount of 1000PHP is significant to me, so I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help.

I am experiencing difficulties with my phone. I am attempting to perform a factory reset with AT&T, but my device is frozen. I am unable to recall my Google password. I was advised by your support to contribute $5 to resolve the issue. However, due to my circumstances, I prefer using cash rather than managing a bank account. If you can guide me on how to deposit $5 using this phone, I am willing to comply. I believe it's important to assist individuals facing cognitive challenges, such as myself, instead of imposing financial obligations.

I recently fell victim to an IRS tax fraud scheme where I was coerced into buying Google Play gift cards with money withdrawn from my bank account. The scammers convinced me that I had an arrest warrant and needed to pay them immediately to avoid legal repercussions. They managed to swindle over $12,[redacted] from me. I am seeking assistance from Google to possibly recover some of the funds or trace the destination accounts associated with the scam. I have all the relevant receipts and details of the gift cards involved in the fraudulent activity.
