I went onto an app that required a payed subscriptoon, so I went onto the free trial used it and didn't want it anymore. I search for anything that says 'cancel subscription' on the app but it's nowhere to be found. So I do the next best thing, email them asking to cancel the subscription. I assumed that was all I had to do but I still got the bill a month later with no response to the rmail, I have a screenshot of it and everything.
GetHuman1973991 did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
