I have an annual subscription to a KenKen game which I purchased on Google Play in Jan ****. My credit card was charged on ****** for this year's subscription. However, when I try to open a new puzzle, I get a message saying that all puzzles are done and then it redirects me back to the subscription*purchase screen. I've already paid for this year's subscription so why is it doing that? Please help!
