For refunds you will need to call Care Credit directly. There are a few ways to attempt to get a refund. One by calling and the other by contacting your bank to get cancel the transaction.
The issue in GetHuman-sicman's own words
I unintentionally and by mistake purchased two apps which were on a free trial and subscriptions would be charged thereafter. BOTH of those were charged one day earlier than the "renewal" date clearly stated. I have requested full refunds from both of the apps developers, however i feel that Google Play needs to step up and assist in refunding those charges made to my debit card on January *th ****. These charges should have been made * full days after the free trial began, which was clearly stated, and that would be January *th ****! Not only do i not want these apps, but i was charged the subscription ** hours early. Had the charges not been made before they were supposed to, i would have been able to cancel. However, i was not given the alotted time and feel as if I have been stolen from because the I was forced to pay before i should have been. Not only that, i did mean to purchase or download those apps and cannot afford them whatsoever. Please help!!!
