Hi,**I already emailed and started an in-app group chat with the developer. It has almost been * days and I have not heard back from them. Apparently they do not have a phone number to call either. Let me lay out the problem...**On the **th, I purchase two packages:*$**.** for $*.* billion chips*$**.** for $* billion chips**These were great.**But losing was not so great, so on the **st, I purchased both packages again. As I am playing, I realized that my chips seemed low. I purchase the $**.** package first for $* bill chips. I got HALF. I thought the other portion would kick in (I have had delays in getting chips in the past), but it didn't kick in. I even restarted. Still nothing. So I thought, maybe they are having issues today with the servers being really busy because of Xmas & a newly released in-app game.**So while I am waiting, I purchase the $**.** package for $*.* bill. Instead, I get $*** mil? Thats only *** of the $*.* bill I was supposed to get! Here's is what I got:**$**.**- $*** mil*$**.**- $*.* mil**This is crazy. In total that is $* bill less chips than agreed upon when paying. A huge expensive loss. It is like buying two cars and only getting half of one and a third of the other. Really really not cool & very scary. **I really need someone to help me with this. And please, if you can't, then I need a supervisor. I had really hoped the chips I did not get, could somehow be credited to my app account. When promised an amount of chips for purchase, I should get the amount pictured & promised, correct? Except, after contacting the developer in the only * ways they offer, email & in-app, I am getting no response. **Now I am feeling nauseous about it because these are * very big purchases. If there is a way, I can attach both the * Google receipts from the **th & the **st, that I referred to. Just ask. Since I made the exact same purchases earliet on the **th, I can compare the amount of chips given and how they didn't give me what I was promised at time of purchase.**Take Care & Happy Holidays,*Amy Byers
