I ordered & paid for a few movie a * days ago. (They’ve been watched & gone) all was fine then but as soon as I tried to order another within ** mins and continueed trying several times few, and again yesterday & today with the same debit card I have on the google play account. The movie “searching” charged me (& I would still like to watch) it want play for anything. It just continues saying on the screen “We’re having problems playing this video now. Try again later. (Error Code *) After it wouldn’t worry I did call my husband to make sure our account was all good. He went to our bank app & there is definitely plenty of money. I also tried to order two other movies to see what would happend & though it didn’t charge me for The movies “Tag” & “Tully”. The exact same thing pops up on my screen (T.V) about the (Error Code *) Please call me at ***-***-**** (preferably) If you know exactly what the problem is & I don’t absee would you pls let me know what to do on my voicemail?
