I reached out to Celtic Heroes support regarding a refund for my Dragon in the game. I simply wanted the 5 eggs required to create and level up my Dragon to change its type. Unfortunately, they are only offering me 2 eggs instead of the full 5. The dragons are difficult to obtain as they are only obtained through luck with chest purchases. I have proof of the support offering me a 1/2 price refund in an in-game mail screenshot. I kindly request that you review all transactions on my account through Celtic Heroes and provide me with the 1/2 refund to the card ending in [redacted] that is linked to my account. Thank you.

I have disabled Google Play Protect on my phone to avoid scanning or deleting apps from other sources, but it has been removing them despite being turned off. I rely on these apps and need this issue resolved. When I contacted support, the representative requested my new credit card information and did not assist me when I declined. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but I was left on hold indefinitely. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had to end the call due to a prior commitment. Please assist me in resolving the problem of Google Play Protect deleting apps from my device.

I need assistance with cancelling my VIP membership on the app "HelloTalk". I am unable to do it through the Google Play store as my original account was deleted. Despite paying for the VIP feature, I do not use it. I noticed the transaction on my bank statement and don't want money deducted since I can't disable auto payment. The developers mentioned they couldn't cancel it through the app. I requested a refund due to my current financial situation. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

I recently purchased and watched a few movies on Google Play. However, when I attempted to order another movie shortly after with the same debit card, I encountered an issue with playing the movie "Searching." An error message (Error Code 2) keeps appearing on the screen. I ensured that there are sufficient funds in my account, as confirmed by my husband checking our bank app. I also tried to order two other movies, "Tag" and "Tully," which resulted in the same error message. If you have any insights on this issue, please contact me at [redacted] or leave me a voicemail. My email is [redacted] Thank you for your assistance. - Stacy E.

My friend is homebound, and I would like to help him listen to music using Google. He doesn't have a smartphone, so I plan to set it up for him using my phone, which won't be with him. I'm part of my husband's family plan and don't use my own plan much, as I mainly listen to his music. We have several Google devices in our home. My friend also has Google Home Minis. I'm wondering if he can listen to the music I set up on his Minis under my name without needing his own smartphone or a separate account. I hope this is possible because he's a wonderful person, and my husband and I believe the music will bring him comfort as he cares for his wife. I'd appreciate it if someone could provide guidance on this. Thank you.

I am feeling quite frustrated with the situation. I am requesting a complete refund for my in-game purchases. My dragon is not healing properly, and the need to wait four hours to revive it puts me at a significant disadvantage compared to other players. Despite numerous emails and sending screenshots to WB regarding these issues, I have only received responses indicating that the problem has been escalated to the bug team. I believe I am entitled to a clear timeline for resolving these issues in the upcoming update. Furthermore, I am concerned about the ongoing use of pack loaders by certain teams. This behavior violates the terms and conditions, resulting in an unfair gaming environment and forcing me to spend more money to remain competitive. Reports of this activity have been made, but it persists, with players openly discussing it in the kingdom chat and even using a separate discord server for coordinating pack loading. It is disheartening to compete against those who unfairly benefit from multiple packs, as well as witnessing the promotion of pack loaders and account sales on dedicated web pages. Despite my significant investment in this game, I am considering seeking a refund to seek fairer gameplay elsewhere. Thank you.

I had contacted PayPal for a refund, and then I received a call from someone claiming to be "John Carter" from PayPal. He insisted we had to go through Google for the refund. Another person, claiming to be "John Smith" from Google, also called us and confirmed the same process. We were instructed to purchase a $50 Google Card from a store like 7-11, Walmart, or Walgreens for the refund process. Unfortunately, the first card was deemed expired, and we were asked to get a $[redacted] card. Subsequently, we were told to buy a $[redacted] card to receive a total refund of $[redacted] plus an additional $[redacted] for the inconvenience. After being informed the $[redacted] card was also expired, they suggested a $[redacted] card. Sensing something was not right, I informed my husband not to proceed. Despite their attempts to reassure us by mentioning details from our credit card, I decided to contact Google directly to address the issue. We are distressed about this situation and worried about the loss, especially since I was unwell and not thinking clearly due to strong medication. We are both retired and cannot afford to lose money in such scams. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I encountered a problematic link related to an anti-virus program that keeps appearing on my screen, prompting me to run a virus check. However, when clicked, it redirects to Google Play with a "file not found" message. It disrupts my activity regardless of whether I am watching something or not, and sometimes even force quits what I'm doing. Despite running various antivirus scans and checking for malware, the issue persists. The link doesn't show up in spam folders or adware scans either. Additionally, I am having trouble with my account password. I set a new one after losing access to my previous account, but it seems to have been changed without my knowledge. I have a recovery number but am unable to modify the password, rendering me stuck in this cycle of resetting it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently purchased a new Galaxy S7 and disabled auto updates, but the device continued to install system updates for days. The more concerning issue is that it is automatically installing apps, despite my efforts. I have performed a factory reset multiple times. Currently, I have not added any Google accounts, emails, or accessed the Play Store. I only have a Hotmail account set up for email, calendar, and contacts syncing. My Google contacts are not syncing and I have not linked any accounts for nearly 24 hours. Despite this, the phone still performs auto system updates and has installed several apps without my consent. This situation with the Play Store or other entities taking control of my phone is frustrating.

I purchased a new Galaxy S* and disabled auto updates, but it's still updating the system constantly. The bigger problem is that the phone is installing apps automatically. Despite factory resetting multiple times and not setting up Google accounts, email, Play Store, or permissions, only syncing one Hotmail account for email, calendar, and contacts, my Google contacts are not syncing properly. I haven't connected any accounts for almost ** hours, yet the phone still updates automatically and installs several unwanted apps. The situation is frustrating, and it feels like the Play Store or some other entity is taking control of my device.

Hello! I am interested in requesting a refund for some purchases made in the Marvel Strike Force game. I have several reasons for this request. Firstly, the introduction of red stars in the game has made character progression random and unfair, causing all the effort put into leveling up characters to be potentially wasted due to luck of the draw with red stars. Additionally, the red stars have impacted the viability of teams like the brotherhood of mutants that I invested in for almost a year to succeed in PVP, only to be disadvantaged by opponents with better red stars. The constant level cap, challenge mode, raid difficulty increases, along with red stars, have negated progress in the game. Moreover, the advantage given to employees and content creators, as well as cheaters and hackers, has affected the fairness of gameplay. I am seeking refunds from 9/25/[redacted] to 12/16/[redacted] due to feeling misled about the viability of certain characters and teams promised by the developers. I understand that requesting refunds may lead to being banned from the game, which I accept. Please feel free to reach out for further details. Thank you. Andrew C.

I recently discovered an unusually high mobile phone bill from my carrier, EE. I contacted a representative who explained that these charges were from third parties via Google Play. Upon investigating, we identified that the charges stemmed from a game with a one-tap purchase option. My niece, who has been staying with me, has been playing this game with my permission since around August. She made a few inexpensive purchases with my approval. I've realized she used the one-tap purchase option without my knowledge or permission. I'm requesting to disable the one-tap option and require a password for each purchase. Additionally, I'm seeking a refund for purchases made between November 9th and now. As a college student, this unexpected bill has created financial strain during a particularly challenging time of the year.

I have encountered an issue with the Google Play app on our Roku player where repeated attempts to purchase and view movies have resulted in charges being processed multiple times without successful access to the movies due to a "purchase delayed" message. The movies I was trying to watch were "The Predator" and "Venom." I have documentation from my bank regarding the charges, and I am willing to provide this information if needed. Despite the promise that I would not be charged until the purchase was complete, Google processed the payments. I have not received any emails regarding these transactions. I have contacted my bank to treat the charges as fraudulent. In order to continue using Google Play services, I request a resolution to the "purchase delayed" issue and a refund for the erroneous charges. Failure to address this matter satisfactorily will lead to me discontinuing the use of Google Play and Google Search services.

My 8-year-old autistic child, who doesn't understand the concept of money, accidentally downloaded two Talking Tom games costing £19.99 and £9.99 without my permission. I am seeking a refund for these games but cannot find the option in my account settings. I have reached out to both my bank and PayPal for guidance, and they directed me to contact Google Play to address the issue. I am a single parent of a disabled child living on benefits, and if these payments go through, I will be overdrawn as the funds in my account are reserved for direct debits. This situation is distressing, especially days before Christmas. I am unable to call the Australian phone number provided as I don't have access to a landline. I hope there is a British call center for Google where I can seek help promptly. Thank you for your assistance.
