Hello everyone, I am Randall Masters, the owner and creator of [redacted] I am encountering an issue with signing into my account as both of my phones have been stolen. I currently only have access to one new phone, but I still have ownership of the same two phone numbers. I remember my email and password, but I am unable to open my ymail account or access my phone number for the recovery process. I attempted to use a few friends' emails to receive codes from Google, but I keep receiving replies stating they cannot verify that it is my account. It has been frustrating trying to resolve this. Although I may not be important, my grandkids mean everything to me, especially since I am [redacted] miles away from them, and family photos are all I have. I've been playing "Final Fantasy XV" and have spent $[redacted].00 in November on packs that did not contain the items advertised. I encountered time restrictions not disclosed prior to purchase, preventing me from claiming the items I needed. Glitches in the game have also caused me to lose purchased items, and the packs have consistently made false claims. I've tried to resolve this with the support team but have had no success. The last five packs have been particularly problematic, and I feel deceived by the false advertising. I'm seeking a refund for these purchases as the game has not delivered on what was promised. I am trying to reach a real person at Google as I have concerns about unauthorized charges from my bank account. Tomorrow, I will instruct my bank to stop any payments to Google. Despite trying to cancel my granddaughter's coloring page subscription, I have been continuously billed without consent. I have expressed my desire to stop these charges without success. I have been dealing with Fishing Clash 18 for a few months regarding an ongoing gameplay issue in their app. Furthermore, the prizes they awarded me and others were incorrect, and after numerous attempts, they have failed to resolve the issue and provide the correct prizes. I am seeking a refund for all transactions made in Fishing Clash and to uninstall the app from my device. The company has engaged in fraudulent activities against me and other players. I have invested approximately $[redacted].00 into the game, and they have not rectified the problem they created. The recent updates have made the game challenging to play, and I no longer wish to be associated with it. Kindly arrange a full refund for all purchases from the developer so I can sever ties with this unethical company.

A few months back, I upgraded my phone and unfortunately, the recolor app didn't transfer over. Even after installing it again, I've been unsuccessful in getting my account to work properly. To color, I now have to use coins or upgrade to a more expensive plan. Despite reaching out for help, I haven't found a solution. I've been paying for an app I can't use, and at this point, I wish to request a refund for the full amount or at least a partial refund. Alternatively, I would like to receive credit, have the app fixed, and not incur any further charges. I suspect the issue may stem from my AOL email address being closed. I truly hope these problems can be resolved soon as it has been a frustrating experience. Thank you.

I have canceled my Starz subscription three times over the last two months and requested a refund, but I am getting the runaround. Google Play is charging my card for Starz, which has been canceled since October 25, [redacted]. However, the card is still being billed which incorrectly shows the account as active. This has amounted to $17.98 over the past two months. Even a Starz supervisor confirmed that Google should issue the refund. My previous case number with Google is 5-[redacted]27, and my Starz reference number is [redacted]. I am requesting a supervisor to call me back at [redacted] to resolve this issue by the end of the night. If not resolved, I will contact my bank to cancel and refund all Google Starz and Google purchases.

I am facing issues with my mom's Alcatel Raven LTE since around 3:00 PM today. The problem started with an update notification from Sega Heroes causing a series of problems. I attempted to update the apps, but they got stuck in a loop. I searched for solutions online and tried clearing the cache and data of Google Play Store and Services, leading to a new issue of "Google Play Services Keeps Stopping" bug. Despite various attempts, including downloading the latest updates from APKMirror.com, the problem persists. Moreover, now I am unable to update any apps, experiencing crashes, and facing difficulties in backing up data to Google Drive. Even after removing and re-adding my Google account, the issue persists. The constant appearance of the Google Play Services bug is making it impossible to use the phone properly. I have not attempted a factory reset yet, fearing it might not solve the problem as per the experiences shared by others. I encountered an issue using the free $2 promo from PUBG Mobile. When trying to make a $0.99 purchase to get PUBG Mobile cash with the $2 promo, it prompted me for a credit card number, which seems unnecessary for a free $2 credit. Living in Hawaii, I haven't used a VPN to change locations. I believe I should be able to make two $0.99 purchases with the free $2, not just one as was the case with my girlfriend's account. It's frustrating to feel pushed into larger purchases and not being able to use the remaining balance if we buy the $0.99 package. Additionally, Google Play giving everyone $2 only to limit its use to specific games feels unfair. It's like being offered $[redacted] if you can limbo under a bar set just two inches off the ground.

On Friday, November 30th, I fell victim to a scam where I lost $[redacted]. I made a purchase of a $[redacted] Google Play card at my local Walgreens and unknowingly sent it to a fraudulent company named Cash Services. The company requested an additional $[redacted] for a loan I never received. Feeling ashamed of my actions, I realize I've been a victim of fraud and theft. This loss affects my monthly retirement pension, and I am left without any funds for the rest of the month. I reported the incident last week, but Google was unable to verify the fraudulent activity. I contacted Netflix and Google regarding my two accounts being billed. Even though I stopped using one account for a month, I am still getting charged. In June, I was billed for one Netflix account, but then in July, I was billed for two. I have not been able to use the service as it stopped working at my house. I have been away for about 15 months and I have forgotten the passwords for my Google accounts: [redacted] and [redacted] When I try to reset the passwords, [redacted] tries to send the verification code to [redacted] and vice versa. I attempted to use my new email, [redacted], but it says, "Unfortunately, we cannot verify your account." I've been trying for almost a week to access my accounts. I was playing the game Battle Warship and somehow lost my original account. On this account, I was at level 17 and was the commander of a team called "Tru Rock [redacted]." My ship was called the USS G.W. Bush. The issue arose when I had to reset my phone to its factory settings. After rebooting and signing back into my Google account, the Battle Warship app started a new player account, causing me to lose all the gold, ships, and airplanes I had purchased in the game. I am requesting the restoration of my original account because I have invested a significant amount of money in this game and do not wish to start over.
