For refunds you will need to call Care Credit directly. There are a few ways to attempt to get a refund. One by calling and the other by contacting your bank to get cancel the transaction.

My son ordered something through Google Play that showed up on my Verizon phone bill but I did not authorize him to buy it. I would like to request a refund for the hotspot Shield that he inadvertently signed up for a free trial and then was charged $**.** for a subscription that we don't want and we are not using. I requested a refund on November **th through both Google Play and I contacted Hotspot Shield directly and I have not heard back from them about the issue. What is my next step in requesting a refund? It has been seven days since I requested a refund and I have contacted Hotspot Shield twice through their website with no response. What obligation does a third-party seller have when selling their products through Google Play to provide customer service and to respond to request for a refund? Please give me directions as to what the next step should be for me to proceed with my refund request. Thank you!
