I'm paying for two separate accounts. * from my primary cell * the other for my back up phone different phone * I'm in the process of bringing my Straight talk phone over to Verizon. I keep getting messages that my payment has been declined. I have two Visa *'s Nd one Master card * Bill to Verizon. I don't understand how or why these payments are being declined. I've spoken to the banks and have told them to look for suspicious payments on my card. IE, IF GOOGLE IS CHARGING DOUBLE OR OTHER PAYMENTS ARE REQUESTED THAT SEEM UNUSUAL OR IF THE REQUEST COMES FROM MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNTS. DDNT KNOW IF THIS IS THE PROBLEM. Is there a way I can pay for each acct separately and mail payments each month. I've had my acct with Google for many years and have had to rebuy several albums and separate play songs to rebuild my play list when upgrading phone in the pasts when upgrading my phones. I'm a long time subscriber spending considerable money for services thru Google play app. I need to talk to a live*human individual to get this worked out. Please advise on what I can do to rectify this matter. I love Google play premium products and had to lose them because of computer errors or my errors in handling these accounts. But enough is enough. I'm now being ask to give a *th payment source and am wondering if this is a scam to get all my acct numbers. I haven't been able to delete an old Visa Account, which was hijacked. I'm stuck please help. I will at some point go public if I can't get this resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Again I'm a long time customer and fan of Google products. I use several apps that I pay for extras I expect better service from Google.
