Hello, I am writing to request a refund towards in app purchases made in my google account "tviney**" I have many numerous past purchases in the game "last empire war z.". The app developers have been misleading, deceptive, and fraudulent with their provided information. *During the three years of gameplay I have not had many issues until very recently and I can't help but feel completely frauded of my funds and blindsided by their actions.*There are many "states" in the game to be a part of. It is decided based on the time you entered the game etc. The developers decided to merge states together about two years ago to "increase enjoyment of the game" which was fine. However after this was done, members of our state requested another merge as we had lost many players to the original merge, time, etc. The developers specifically told us we were NOT able to merge again after the initial merge. This information was just fine and great. *Given this information that our state would no longer merge. I started investing more $ into the game to always be at the top power*ability in my state (which I was). the only way to participate in certain events is to be ranked in the top. I bought many many packages to stay up with the new gear, commanders etc. *There is an option in game to apply to move to a different state and you have to pay (quite a large sum) to do this. We had friends apply and move to our state recently, it was great. ** Now, the developers revoked their decision of not merging. And have now merged us with * other states. All of which are completely out of our league in a way I can't even try to explain through email. *Our friends that paid to move here are now forced to pay again to move. * We lost many of our members and friends through the first merge. This time is far far worse as the. My account I have invested in to be at the top in our state is now rendered completely useless as I can't even near compete with these people. And I am no longer able to participate in certain events that I was winning before. (these are called elite duels and alot of my purchases were to strengthen my ability in those and guarantee a win). The actions of the developers, With their lies and deceit have completely frauded me of my funds. There is no way I would ever have spent any money (let alone the ****'s of $ I have put into this) if merging was still an option because it creates uncertainty.. based off of this "certainty" (the information and word from the developers) I did spend my hard earned money. *I have already contacted the developers in game as well as through a formal email to *****@***.com. They have not responded to my request for refund through email. They responded to me in game and said I will get a refund but have to contact Google, and my items diamonds etc would be taken away. To me that reponse was perfectly acceptable. However they leave the refund process up to me and I can See clearly google does not normally issue refunds after ** hours. This investment I have been talking about has been longer than a year. I cannot believe google would allow such activity to take place on their platform. The app developers offer no support whatsoever , and have quite literally frauded me of my funds. It is truly heartbreaking and soul crushing to go through this experience. I am requesting someone please contact me to assist me through these issues. I no longer want to lose sleep over night about this "robbery" and would like the issue solved as soon as possible. I have never felt so betrayed in my life. I can also send along the original email I have sent in request for refunds to the developer that went unanswered.
