September *nd **** I purchased a $*.** game from Google Play. Billings shows that $*** were taken out I did not purchase $***. Received a new card as to stop further purchases and November *nd two purchases of $**.** was deducted again. In the beginning $*** was deducted then put it back in then deducted then put back in and then I had the two deductions of November *nd. Yesterday I talk to a Direct Express my disability debit card and lost my temper today. I checked my balance and now there's $*** deducted from my account which puts me overdrawn. Direct Express does not allow over drawing. Please stop having money taking out of my account. As a disabled senior I feel I was taken advantage of and my money being played with for * months please help me. You can contact me *** five five six * *** or return on this mailing. Thank you so much for your time please settle this ASAP as this will be deducted on my next check and I need all funds return except the $*.** for the one game I purchased. Thank you
