I switched from a Samsung phone this year to an iPhone. I had a subscription on my old phone to the app “Calm” which auto renewed yesterday. I didn’t want it to auto renew because I don’t want the paid version of it, but because I don’t have Google play on my phone anymore, I cannot go in and change my subscriptions. When I go to the website, it says I have no subscriptions under the account associated with the app. I need to get this fixed and the money credited back to my account because I don’t want the subscription, but I can’t figure out how to do that because it says I don’t have a subscription to the app.
