I switched from a Samsung Galaxy to an iPhone earlier this year and can no longer get Google Play on my phone. I had a subscription that automatically renewed yesterday for the app "Calm", and I didn't want it to renew, but I can't get to it to cancel*refund that through the iTunes store. I don't want the paid version of that app anymore, but it won't let me request a refund through Google Play, because Google Play isn't installed on any of my devices.
GetHuman-sarasus did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
