I subscribed to The Globe and Mail * months ago. "Opps something went wrong" after giving me receipt *GPA.****-****-****-*****.**I could not sign up for my free trial. The Globe and Mail technical support advised I had to contact Google. Everything I read in the help stated that I haf to start with "my subscriptions" however that tap shows I have none. My free trial is up even though i could never sign in and now i have been charged $***.** with notice that this is a renewable charge every Nov * forever unless I cancell from my subscriptions. I can't cancel as that tap shows I have no subscriptions. I contacted The Globe and Mail again and they say they can't help as I do not appear in their database and the account number I have is Google not Globe and Mail. Please cancel this!*David Cook. *****@***.com
