The issue in GetHuman-jasonkre's own words
We today discovered a re-occurring charge for a game subscription that our * year old son inadvertently signed up for. In looking at the purchases, this $*.** weekly charge dates back to February ****. It isn't a game that he has installed on his tablet any longer. We are requesting a refund for these charges that had been made. His Google account* email address is *****@***.com. The game is showing up in purchases as "No.Draw - Colors by Number ****". Please let me know of other information that may be needed. Thank you.
