If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.
The issue in GetHuman-trnoy's own words
I was charged *.** a month for a google play music subscription which I did not subscribe to nor use. I am part of a family plan, yet somehow google got my debit card and started charging me in April. I did not notice the charges until this month. I assumed I was paying for the family subscription, but it turns out, my brother Luke Weber has the family service on his card. I believe there was an error somewhere on the app, and I was not notified that I was subscribing to two services at the same time.
GetHuman-trnoy did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
