If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

I have just checked my bank statement and in the month of October tjere had been over $*** in puchases i didnt make...im still waiting on a credit to appear on my telstra bill of $*** from aug sept and $*** from october ...this is ridiculous im gettn threats of disconnection because ny bill so high and now someone using my details ftom bank ....telstra has now been removed from payment methods and ive irdeted new card so this doesnt happen again....
GetHuman-tyrhesem did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
