October ** tried to rent a movie. It did not play or start just returned to the purchase page and asked for another credit card. As a result I thought it was not working because my husbands credit card was stolen and comprised twice and so I thought it was one that was cancelled. Anyway I have a charge on my credit card for the movie on October **th (yes I remember now we did that) - but I didn’t get to watch the movie!! So can I please watch the movie now, allow access or refund?
