If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.
The issue in GetHuman-kathiezi's own words
On October *, I was charged $*.** while playing a Murka game. When asked if I wanted to make purchase, I tried to tap the "x" to escape. My fingers are not steady & I tapped the main box. I immediately exited the program, because I didn't want to complete the purchase. My PayPal account was immediately charged anyway. *On October *, the same thing happened while I was playing Word Whizzle Connect. The charge was $*.**.*PayPal will not refund these charges. When I called they said I had "*-touch pay," which makes these "Pre-approved charges," on which they will not issue refunds for any reason. I had no idea about this. PayPal said Google may authorize the refunds, because I never used the items for which I was charged. I have since discovered how to disable the one-touchoption & have done so. *I appeal to Google to refund these * charges. I understand this is an exception to your policy. I request this exception for the reasons stated below:*I am **-years-old & wheelchair chair-bound, due to a spinal cord injury. This causes my hands to shake at times. It is likely the cause of my inaccuracy when I tried to say no to the pop-up offers.**. I am on fixed income, with a tight budget, & these unintended charges, though small, cause a financial hardship. **. I have never used the items for which I was charged. **. This delayed request is a result of the time it took to become aware of the charges & to sort out the procedures to contact Google. I have been trying to find some way to call & speak with someone, to explain my problem.
