The issue in GetHuman-bgiarriz's own words
My son accidentally purchased an app that was a trial period. It was not clear how to delete the app and he thought that by removing it from his phone it would be sufficient. However a week later we were charged for it. you can see that he did not utilize the app and this was done in ERROR. He has never purchased apps before especially for such a large amount of $**.**. I requested the refund online which was denied. I am extremely frustrated as the minute I received the notification from Verizon about the purchase I contacted them and they instructed me to wait until ***** after my billing cycle ended to address the refund. When i contacted them today as instructed they are NOW telling me they can't issue the refund but Google Play has to. So now I contact you and you tell me no because it is beyond the ** hours. This is unfair and given the history of the account you can see this was an honest mistake. I would expect that one time exception be made and a refund given.
