The issue in GetHuman-katebar's own words
I installed an app that required automatic weekly payments of $*.**. I uninstalled it and later tried to cancel the subscription. However, on my mobile, I follow the cancel subscription guideline, but when I click on 'Subscriptions', it just says Get Started. If I click on that, it takes me to a page where I can install other apps that have in-app purchases. I see no place to cancel my current subscriptions.*I don't use the app at all - HOOKED - and I would very much like the subscription to stop ASAP. I've been getting charged since June **th, but I uninstalled the app a week later. *If possible, I'd like a refund. If not, that's okay. Just cancel the subscription so I am no longer charged.
GetHuman-katebar did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
